We couldn't be more excited to share our Beach Bungalow with you and your family. Our Bungalow is one of the only guest homes in the community. Our main house is completely separate and not attached to the bungalow. Enjoy all of the amenities this exclusive community has for a fraction of the cost. There are several reasons we chose this area and this community to be more specific. Safety and security was really a main focus for our family. The Shipwatch community is completely gated, very quiet and safe with no busy streets to cross for our kids. The location is so central to everything we needed, we wanted the ability to stay home and walk to eat, shop and relax on the sand. We've stayed in so many rentals and really know the frustrations and the downfalls of staying in other families homes, so we didn't cut corners on sheets, towels, mattresses or pillows, you'll find everything we use in our own personal home here at our Beach house.

The Bungalow is a 1 Bed / 1 Bath unit, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor above the Garage which is not accessible to anyone (No noise)

The Second Floor:

Living Room, Kitchenette - (Mini fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toaster oven), Laundry, Patio and the foldout futon sofa bed

There is a split level on the way up the stairs which contains the Full bathroom along with the Closet

The Third Floor:

The Master bedroom has a loft feeling, you walk right in off the stairs. It has one King bed.

You will have one parking spot in the driveway and an abundance of parking at the front of the community (We are the second home in so its a very short walk)
