The back wall windows overlook Baytowne Wharf’s popular Event Plaza where outdoor concerts and fireworks are a regular part of the seasonal entertainment. At Observation Point North 454, you can easily kick back and enjoy the show from your window vantage…or step outside to join the fun.

Indoors, you’ll love basking in the bright, nautical-themed finishes reminiscent of beach cottage bliss. The two queen beds face the flatscreen television and large wooden dresser. The full bathroom has everything you need to get ready for the day including a shower / tub combo and a complementary hair dryer for your convenience.

The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and dining utensils. You have everything you need for starting the day and whipping up pool or beach snacks.

Of course, the private community pool outfitted with loungers, a hot tub, and beautifully landscaped grilling space may provide too powerful a lure for wiling away the day. You might also not be able to resist hopping on the resort tram and whisking away to a day of Florida sunshine and play on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast.

At night, kick back on the wharf’s lawn or sit on the bench in your condo and enjoy the fireworks that light up the night. If you’re traveling with a bigger crowd, this condo is a lockout-style unit that can be rented with unit 456, which will grant you private balcony access to overlook the Event Plaza and even more space for sleeping and entertaining.
