This property is simply outstanding! Everything was very clean and classy. The pool is heated and very comfortable. The beach is a very short walk from the front door. They even have a golf cart available for rent. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great place, great location. We had good time. One thing they can improve on is on their starter kit including bath accessories, kitchen accessories, even dish washing liquid, etc. especially if folks are staying for 3-4 days. Our starter kit was done in a day, and they should include more quantities in there.

Great house for a family get-a-way.

This was a wonderful home for a family vacation. Just steps away from the beach and it had a wonderful pool/sauna. There was plenty of space for a family of 11 and it was very conveniently located to restaurants, a grocery store and the outlet mall. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family of 5 adults and three kids ages 9-12-13 enjoyed the beautiful spacious home with plenty of room for everyone! Very clean and comfortable. Minutes away from the powdery white sandy beach. There are many beach toys and a beach wagon in the garage. There are two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach reserved for you. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented right in the beach if needed. The Gulf waters were quite chilly in early April and the heated splash pool provided many hours of fun and relaxation! Well worth the extra charge! Note that the golf cart cannot be taken off the property so it cannot be used to drive the short distance to the Winn Dixie or Beach shops in the vicinity. Ample towels and washcloths available. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Clothes dryer broke and management responded immediately and quickly resolved. Highly recommend this lovely house centrally located within a safe, quiet, gated community.

Loved this house!!! We will be back. The location is perfect. I would hardly call it a “walk to the beach”. The beach itself wasn’t crowded and we loved that!

Working with Cathrine of Warran Beach Rental was great. This house (Song by the Sea) was FANTASTIC! Only steps from the beautiful private beach - grocery store across the street and restaurants within 5 mins. Plenty of towels, TVs and a private pool was great for our toddlers. We also used the grill a couple of times that served us well. No traffic, but first week of September probably helps with that. Unit was very clean, roomy and private. There were 5 adults and two toddlers in our family gathering. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it too.
