Enjoy the wonderful upgrades Dune' N Alright has to offer. With a large outdoor dining space, gas firepit and large private lap pool, we are sure you will fall in love with the home. This home does have a secluded beach which is just a short stroll down the way. Enjoy everything the Emerald Coast has to offer as this home is centrally located with food, fun and shopping near by!
The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, pantry, gas cooktop and all stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar seats 4 and flows to the dining area, featuring seating for 8, where you can gather to talk over cooking dinner.
The first-floor features two king bedrooms, a bunk room and two large full bathrooms. Both king bedrooms have private access out to the large private pool and deck area! The bunk room features one set of queen over queen bunks.
The second-floor features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, spacious and bright kitchen, oversized dining table for 6-8 and laundry. The beautiful master suite is located on the 2nd level that boasts a spacious master bathroom and balcony. The bathroom includes a large walk-in closet, double vanity and large walk-in shower. Also located on this floor a bunk nook with one set of queen over queen bunks for 4 guests.
Quaintly located directly next door to Beach Reunionâs Good Day Sunshine, this property is perfect for tandem rental for large families or groups.
Duneâ N Alright sits on a quiet street with no public parking, is close to restaurants, outlet shopping and most importantly the beach!

* Beach Chair Service- Available for Rent/Purchase through La Dolce Vita
* Parkingâ Parking is extremely limited at this property- 5 vehicles max- no exceptions. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the driveway or on the street. Please call us to arrange off-site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
* Beach Accessâ 1-2 minute walk straight up the street to the beach access! No major roads to cross!
* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.
*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

Getting Around:
You can walk to the beach in less than a minute! Golf Carts are NOT recommended for this area.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels. Towels removed from the home will result in a fine assessed.
Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes 1-2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, travel size dish soap, and dish washing liquid. These items are meant to get guests settled in. Once items have been used, its guests responsibility to replenish items.
This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.
Interaction with Guests:
With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!
We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
Overall, we had a great week at this house and would certainly be willing to book again for future trips. The pool was great, though the filtration system seemed to become less effective the last few days. The upper floor is spacious, with the master bedroom and a nook with bunk beds. The other bedrooms are separated from the living space in the bottom floor. The house was very clean and was well equipped.
House was clean and in a good location.
We could easily walk to the beach. Pool was nice and well maintained. We did have a problem with the upstairs air conditioning but the management company got the problem resolved within a few hours.
This was our second year staying at this house. Itâs a short walk to the beach and the private pool is a life saver with children! A great location close to stores, restaurants, and the Baytown Warf! We will definitely be back!

This is a great rental property. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. It was so convenient not having to cross a busy road. The house is so close to shopping and many restaurants. The house was very clean upon check in. It had all the kitchen basics necessary and many games and books as well. The master bedroom and bath were excellent. The pool area was great. Would definitely rent this house again.
