DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Sandollar 6, a premier beachfront townhome in Miramar Beach where the emerald waters of the Gulf are quite literally your backyard. This pet-friendly retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and flexibility, featuring four levels of living space designed to accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. With private direct beach access and two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas included with your stay from March through October, your transition from the living room to the sugar-white sand is effortless.

The home is uniquely designed to function as one large residence or two separate private suites. The street-level unit is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment complete with a queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, and its own private deck. This setup is ideal for couples or small families within your group who appreciate a bit of extra privacy while still being part of the main vacation.

The upper levels serve as the heart of the home. On the second floor, an expansive open floor plan connects a gourmet kitchen—outfitted with quartz countertops and stainless appliances—to a spacious dining area and living room. Large sliding doors lead to a rain-proof beachfront balcony furnished with premium Sunbrella cushions, offering a shaded sanctuary to watch the waves. This level also includes a high-quality sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV for group movie nights.

The top floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation. The master suite provides a king-size bed with an incredible view of the ocean, a private bathroom, and its own beachfront balcony—the ultimate spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. A second king guest bedroom on this floor ensures everyone has a luxurious place to land, accompanied by its own full bathroom.

Managed professionally with a focus on cleanliness and local, same-day assistance, Sandollar 6 ensures a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Parking: 2 Vehicle Limit. There are two designated parking spots for this rental, and they are directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park two small or midsize vehicles onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion. No exceptions.

Food: Sandollar Townhomes is perfectly positioned near top local favorites. For beachfront dining, Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tail are just a short walk away, offering Caribbean flavors and stunning sunset views. Locals also love Pascalli Kitchen for New York-style pizza and The Surf Hut for casual seafood and ribs.
For groceries, Winn-Dixie is the most convenient full-service supermarket less than a mile away. Publix is a short drive to the east for high-quality deli items, while Whole Foods is about four miles west for organic selections.

Beach Service: Two sets (2 chairs and 1 umbrella each) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically labelled with your name. Additional sets may be purchased by La Dolce Vita chair rentals in advance. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: This complex does not have a pool.

Million Dollar View

We had the best beach vacation ever. We are accustomed to NC and SC beaches. The Emerald Coast is just on a whole new level. I spent so much time just looking at the gorgeous white sand and clear blue and green water. The condo was exceptional. Parking is tricky. Bring the smallest car(s) you can. Other than that, simply the best!

Lisa was great she communicated very well. The house is clean too. And it’s beach is very clean. Walk to the bar next door. A small surf ship across the street. I mean we are going to keep going back to this place and rent the same place.

Family vacation with kids and grandkids

The location was wonderful! The place was amazing! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Our grandkids and kids loved it. Us adults loved it, since we didn’t have to carry everything to the beach in 1 trip. And we didn’t have to bring everything down we didn’t need. Walking in for lunch was a success too! Will definitely rent this place again and highly recommend for anyone looking for something on the beach!

Relaxing beach stay

The property was so very clean and beautifully decorated. Only had a minor problem and it was fixed immediately! We have rented properties before but this is the best yet. Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s, Whales Tail, and ice cream across the street. A very enjoyable hassle free stay.

Beautiful property but way more stairs than I realized. Downstairs unit was perfect for the grandkids and their parents while upstairs was perfect for grandparents and other adult children. Middle level was great in that we didn’t disturb those sleeping while others stayed up late or got up early. View of the water from the decks was so relaxing.

Perfect family getaway

This property is in a row of townhomes that are directly on the beach and is a great value because of this. There are 3 sizable covered balconies and you can sit and watch dolphins swim by in the morning over coffee or enjoy people watching all day long. The beach is private, impeccably clean, and not crowded. The house is very well appointed with all necessary appliances, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host, Lisa, was extremely responsive and gracious. We had such a wonderful time we are already planning to come back again in 6 months!

The location, directly on Miramar Beach, is amazing. It is so nice to hear the ocean and see it from the townhome. The proximity to Pompano Jose’s is nice too. It’s a restaurant with really good food and a beach bar downstairs. The owner, Lisa was very accommodating as well. 😀

Love being on the water!

We really enjoyed being right on the water and having access to a private beach for the townhouse. We also loved all of the decks. The weather wasn't the best for our trip, but being able to sit on the multiple decks was wonderful!

Bali Button always amazing!

We love staying at this condo on Miramar beach! The owner, Lisa, is always prompt and responsive to any needs we have during our stay and takes good care of her renters. We will continue coming back here as often as possible. Beautiful condo in a great location near shops and restaurants. Just steps from the beautiful gulf waters.

The ultimate beach condo

We all loved being on a "private beach" where we could walk out our door and be right on the ocean. All the decks were well furnished. The bottom deck was kitted-out with a shower and tons of beach "stuff" for adults and kids, probably left by previous tenants. Since we had both A and B units we loved keeping the adjoining door open and allowing everyone (there were 10 of us-5 adults and 5 kids) to come and go. In my sister's words, "We had a fantastic time."

Cristobal vacation

We arrived just before Cristobal hit. The waves and water were magnificent, and watching the storm from the comfort of the condo was fantastic! When the storm passed, we were able to fully enjoy the property, which was in a great location, within walking distance of Pompano Joe’s, beautiful water, and had plenty of beach toys and gear to enjoy!! Lisa is so friendly, accommodating and generous! We will be back!

Perfect beach getaway

Lisa's place was wonderful! It was off-season, but the beach was gorgeous and empty much of the time. The house had all of the amenities advertised. Lisa was easy to work and communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Hard to stay elsewhere

This is our second year renting this unit. We love the location and private beach. It’s so convenient for us as we have girls between the ages of 9-12. They can go inside and eat lunch, take a break from the sun and come back out to the beach when they get ready. Because the beach is private, we are able to relax on the beach and keep an eye out for the girls out in the water, we would never be able to do that on a public beach. Lisa( owner ) was so helpful/responsive our entire stay. We will be booking again for next year.

Can't wait for another visit!

This was our third visit to this condo and we very much enjoyed another stay. The updates done to the condo since our visit last year were so nice and a refreshing change. The new owner, Lisa, was great to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. We are already looking forward to a return visit next year!
