The house sleeps 36 in beds and there are couches on three floors so you never feel cramped!

You have over 7,300 square feet of living space inside and 600 outside. One of the highlights of the house is the 300 square foot pool area. With a rain wall, a swim-up bar with grill, fridge and outdoor TV, two hot tubs, in-pool loungers, bubblers, and luminaires for the kids this heated pool with beautiful color-changing lights for night swims make it an oasis for all to enjoy! The pool bar complete with a gas grill, icemaker, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV makes it a great place to gather.

With eight king bedrooms 2 large bunk rooms and 10 full bathrooms, the home accommodates up to 40 guests! All bedrooms have their own en-suite, private bathroom, and every bedroom has flat-screen TVs. The bunk rooms have monitors with a headphone port and gaming ports for each bunk! NO more fighting for what to stream or playing games! When it is time to relax each one can plug in their headphones and relax in their own space. Other noteworthy features include the gulf-views, in-home elevator, gourmet kitchen, and an abundance of living and dining room space. One of the crown jewels in this home is the Russound Audio System. This system runs throughout the house. Each room can operate its playlist (with the Bluetooth capability of the sound system it allows you to connect to your smart device for personal preferences) or you can put the system in Party mode and have the same playlist throughout the whole house including the pool deck.

The first floor holds a master bedroom and bath with a 55” smart TV. Down the hall you have a hibachi kitchen with a small dining area, bar seating, and living space with a large sectional couch. The living room opens up to the pool deck to give you an even bigger living area. You have a full-size refrigerator, icemaker dishwasher as well as coffee makers, blenders, and toaster oven. One of the two laundry rooms is located off the garage as well as a powder room with pool access. With all this space this floor is a great space for guests of all ages to have fun and play. There is a sliding wall between the 1st floor living area and the pool deck which makes a great connection on bringing your outside in!

On the second floor, you'll find another full kitchen, dining room, living room, and 3 bedrooms with a private en-suite. The kitchen features a large island where you can prepare meals or dine at the bar, which seats five. This kitchen holds all the amenities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. A crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, 2 dishwashers, microwave, and stainless steel Viking stove and Thermador, extra large, built-in refrigerator as well as double ovens, a pot filler faucet above the stove, and a 6-burner gas range with a griddle turn this into a chef-grade kitchen. Have a family-style dinner at the large reclaimed wood dining table that seats 12. Adjacent to the dining area is a balcony overlooking the pool. The living room is the ideal entertainment hub for your family and friends to come together. A 75-inch flat-screen smart TV gives the living room a theater-like atmosphere. With a beautiful large sectional couch and 2 sofa chairs, provide plenty of seating. Outside of the living room is a balcony with a view of the pool area. Patio furniture provides comfortable spaces to enjoy this balcony and beautiful view.

The third floor houses 2 bunk rooms. The first bunk room has 3 sets of FULL over FULL bunks with a private bathroom. This room has a closet, dresser and each bed has its own TV with Ruko streaming. The second bunk room has 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds. This room has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Each queen bed has its own TV with Ruko streaming. There are three (3) king bedrooms on this floor. Each King has a private en-suite bathroom with a 55” smart TV. One of the king bedrooms shares the balcony access with the queen bunk room overlooking the pool.

Finally on fourth floor we come to a large living area with two couches, a flat screen smart TV, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a powder room for guests. The living area opens to large balcony that gives a beautiful view of the gulf. Seating on the balcony for enjoying coffee as you watch the sunrise over the city or a drink as you watch the sun set in the evening makes this a great gathering place. This floor also has a master bedroom that opens onto the balcony with a large master bathroom with large closet, soaking tub, separate shower and water closet. This floor is its own retreat from the rest of the house!
