Charmante maison dans le lotissement Fairways avec voiturette de golf pour quatre personnes. Cette maison est l'escapade parfaite pour toute occasion ou juste pour la détente et la détente.

La chambre principale est à votre gauche lorsque vous entrez dans l'entrée avec un trÚs grand lit et sa propre salle de bain principale avec douche à l'italienne.

Grande chambre est trÚs confortable avec canapé-lit queen et TV / lecteur DVD. Le nouveau mobilier vous fera sentir comme chez vous.

La salle Ă  manger est sĂ©parĂ©e de la cuisine avec une table pour six personnes avec des fenĂȘtres qui s’enroulent autour de la piĂšce pour une vue magnifique sur la cour avant ou vous pouvez regarder Ă  l’arriĂšre de la terrasse / cour.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et un petit coin bar pour créer vos boissons préférées ou prendre un en-cas ou un repas complet.

La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit king avec tĂ©lĂ©vision et porte coulissante en verre donnant sur le porche filtrĂ©. Vous pouvez Ă©galement regarder la cour arriĂšre par la fenĂȘtre avec une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf.

Property location great! However the front storm door wouldn't close. The door cylinder pin was missing so door closer not working. Home was full of flying insects. Had to purchase bug spray. The screened in area was unfit for anyone to use. I had to contact property manager for housekeeping to come clean and they didn't get there until the next day. It was unbelievably dirty. There was wood, dirt, etc. on the table, floor, and everywhere. The igniter on the gas grill was not working, making the grill a safety hazard to lite. The grill was filty! Such a perfect space for our young family. The two older kiddos got to hang in their room with plenty of space to stretch out.Love the location, love the golf cart to get to the beach, love the pool, and all the golf Wonderful experience, cannot recommend enough!

We very much enjoyed our stay in spite of the fact that the HOA decided to remove 2 trees right outside our screened in porch, so quiet mornings were not had, no fault of the home owners, beds were very comfy, loveseat and couch are getting a little soft.

End of summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! It was very clean and beautifully decorated in a relaxing spa like feeling. Also, so many windows provided a ton of natural light. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely hope to return next year !

This was a great spot and great location. Place was perfect size for us. I’d recommend checking the steering and brakes of golf cart, but other than that I have no complaints. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

We vacation at The Sandestin Resort every year and we try to stay in a different place each time. This place was perfect for us. It is quite and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and had lots of amenities that other places did not offer. The golf cart was a plus and came in handy. I will definitely consider this condo next year. 10/10 recommend.

It was ok

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were several hurdles. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathrooms weren’t in great shape, the living room rug was dirty, furniture didn’t get dusted, and the back porch was filthy. Back porch had a terrible odor the first few days. They came back the next day to clean again and the back porch didn’t get touched again. We cleaned it ourselves. The unit is dated - old furniture and fixtures and bathrooms. The storm door handle was broken. They attempted to fix it twice and apparently gave up but never followed up with us. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed the golf cart and golf course views. It could be an amazing home - it just needs a lot of TLC.

Wonderful stay

This is a clean and well equipped villa in a lovely setting. The furnishings and decor are delightful. Comfortable bedding makes you want to stay even longer. The management (especially Phyllis) was always helpful and very cordial. We had fantastic stay and look forward to returning!

Incredible Stay

This was located in a wonderful spot and the golf cart was everything! Got me everywhere I wanted to go and was a blast. The beeches are very crowded but the pool was nice and the shopping amazing! Was very clean and exactly as listed. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Rental Property

The property was exactly like the pictures. The rental agent was very helpful. We had a problem with the golf cart when we moved in (it didn't run) and the agent got someone out to fix it the same day. The resort is very nice and extremly well maintained. All the staff are very pleasant, helpful and courtious. We plan on returning next year.

Exactly like the pictures

Location & views are incredible! Inside is really nice, appliances stainless steel & washer/dryer works well. Comfy beds too. Golf cart was invaluable for access to beach and pool. Place was large enough for my family of 5. We cooked all our meals here (Winn Dixie is ridiculously high! We didn't know there was a Walmart in the area until the last day, could have saved a ton more on groceries). Can't beat the view from the back, the wonderful windchime woke me up every morning. We really enjoyed our stay. But if I'm honest, there were a few cons: place needs a good handyman just to tighten some things up (handle on back siding door loose, towel back in small bath broken, a/c vent in small bath leaks, back screen door hinge broken). Also would have been helpful to have more info on how to access beach - we found out about the tunnel via the guard at the gate. Lastly, we did encounter 4 rather large roaches (1 was already dead). We just made sure to keep our bags off the floor.

Decent Stay

We love the area, but the home didn’t come with anything outside of our stay. They provided 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 dishwasher soap, 1 laundry soap, 1 small bar of soap for washing hands, 1 toilet paper roll and 1 travel size of shampoo/conditioner and we weren’t told that until the morning of checkin. It was just odd that we had to provide trashbags and toilet paper and hand soap for our stay. Location was fine, beds were fine, it was just a little odd. We’d come back for sure because now we know what to expect. Just not an above and beyond stay ha!

Great property - golf court needs to be replaced!

Home and location is great, screened-in porch was invaluable! Only disappointment during our 2-week stay was the golf cart, which was so slow we would get passed by other golf carts (embarrassing), and on one trip we couldn’t make it up an incline and thank goodness ground crew helped push us up. If the owners replace the golf cart, this would be the perfect rental space for the area!

Great Stay!

My family visits the resort several times a year and we always like to stay in different neighborhoods and communities on Bayside. Our spring trip was last minute and with fewer people, so we we chose this property. It was great - it was actually one of our favorite areas of the resort. Beautiful area and peaceful neighborhood. The perfect place to walk, golf, fish, and commute to the Village on the golf cart.
