Everything was great and as expected! We had no issues through our stay. We loved the pool because there was shade from the house covering part of the pool so if you didn’t wanna sit in the direct sun you didn’t have to! The golf cart was awesome to get to and from the beach and the small shops around. It was easy to get ahold of someone weeks leading up to our stay for all the questions i had. The house was very clean. I appreciated the alarm going out to the pool because I had my 5 year old and 18 month old so it was an extra peace of mind. The only recommendation i would have from a couple staying in the bunk bed room is to bring a fan!

Everything was amazing! The house was spotless and looked amazing! The pool was clean and the rooms were amazing for 18 girls! We had my sisters bachelorette party here and I can’t say enough great things! Close to the beach and in the middle of anywhere you needed to go!

Sea you soon property

Three days in 1:30 in the morning the fire alarms went off. Evacuated our family including infants and small toddler children . The firefighters informed us this wasn’t the first time at this property. Apparently the golf cart plug lets off emissions which trigger the fire alarm. Disappointing the owners and property managers allowed this to happen repeatedly. They have an extensive what to do and not to do but do not hold themselves accountable for there deficiencies. I am sure if we had done something wrong we would have been charged extra fees.

Great house for families!!

The property is well designed for families. It’s spacious and the listing is well described. Location to beach is very convenient with the golf cart. Lots of towels and linens are nice. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and amenities. Property manager was prompt in replying to our request to have gas grill fixed. Pool company came and checked chemicals twice during our 7 day stay. We were happy with our experience.

Excellent property

The property was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The property came with a golf cart which is a must to get back and forth to the beach. You could also walk but with the heat the golf cart made it much more convenient. There were a few issues while we stayed there. The pool was very dirty and there was trash at the bottom. We could not see any trash before the kids entered due to the water being very cloudy. They did send someone the next day to shock and clean the pool but it remained very cloudy. The grill was extremely dirty and needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. We had a minor accident with the oven as we realized after cooking that there were no oven mitts anywhere. But these were all minor things compared to all the good things about the property. We would absolutely stay here again. The management company was very responsive to any issues or questions even before we checked in.

Beautiful home!

We loved it here! Beautiful, clean, and spacious home. Only issues we had were that there was not a sufficient amount of toilet paper. Placement of buffets near dining table obstruct walkway to backdoor. We also kept forgetting to press the button for the back door so the alarm kept sounding off. Bunk room was too warm. But other than that, we loved it! Would definitely book again.

Fantastic location

Overall had a really good experience with the home. Location is great and the walk is super easy to the beach. Had one minor issue with the home and management fixed it within :30. Pool is a decent size and the house had plenty of space for 16 of us. Would stay again!!

NICE PLACE for vacation

The house was very nice. There were a few problems which never got fixed. Light bulbs burned out. One of the bedrooms the sink was clogged. I think they could have given more starter products. There were 8 of us. Needed to buy more garbage bags and toilet paper. . Did not like the contract for the gulf cart. We did not use it. So Otherwise the place was nice and we had a good time. Maintenance was why the overall rating was a 4. Place was clean and not too far from the beach, walking distance. It was worth the stay. TV's were great. One more thing that I think they should have is HAIR DRYERS. Some of our ladies did not bring one because they thought they would be provided as at other places we stayed. Overall it was a good vacation

Everything you could have wanted

From the clean house, to the pool, location, neighborhood safety, golf cart, I could go on and on. This house is everything you could want and the communication with diamond rentals is something I have never experienced before. They communicated so well and would just check in to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything. Now that’s customer service! We had 5 kids from 15 months to - 5 years old. Perfect for all ages. 10/10 would recommend

Awesome place for large family vacation!!

This home had plenty of room for a large combined family with 6 adult couples! Beds were comfy and clean, separate bathroom were a plus for us, spacious kitchen and large table for meals. Loved having our own pool and grill! One problem we had with the pool door alarm (which was nice with little kids) was handled that night with cooperation from management and technician. Management was always available to text with questions on the house and attractions in the area. Check in/out process was easy and quick!! Very pleased with this location and will be planning a trip back soon!!

AMAZING HOUSE

Truly an awesome house!! It had everything we needed and more!!! EXTREMELY clean and such a close walk to the PRIVATE beach!!!! It was soooooooo nice to walk out the back door to our own private pool with plenty of patio area to grill out and just relax. The golf cart was very convenient to use to go to the store, go get ice cream, or just explore Destin!!! Thank you Diamond Gulf Rentals for making this such a smooth process and so easy to communicate with. They were available to answer any questions we had and were so helpful with things to do in the area, truly one of a kind!! We will DEFINITELY stay here again and already planning a trip back!
