Relax with a cup of coffee on one of the balconies and enjoy the sunrise over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Take in the breathtaking views from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows or stretch out to enjoy a favorite movie on the 50” Smart TV. Head down to take a swim in the heated pool or a long soak in the hot tub. Relax or play on the private beach, a 3 minute walk over the dunes from the elevators.

We have 4 beach chairs, some boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella, for our renters use, in the hallway closet.

The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for the chef in the family. An under counter icemaker will keep your drinks cold for your trips to the beach. Enjoy dinner on the balcony or at the dining table for 6, plus more seating at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed and wall to wall windows overlooking the white sand beach and 300 feet of our Gulf shoreline. You also have access from the master bedroom to the main gulf front balcony.Hidden Dunes has the most beach front per capita than any other development in the area.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private balcony to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The third bedroom has two full sized beds, another balcony and views of the eastern sunrise or beautiful night lights of the adjoining developments. A sofa bed is in the living room if needed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Our private 5G WIFI should you get you online quickly for work, school, or play. If you can work from anywhere, why not at the beach ?!

Hidden Dunes is a beach front resort on 27 acres in Miramar Beach (Destin) that offers 3 large swimming pools. The large one below Gulfside with the adjoining hot tub is private to our building and is heated in the winter months. Gas grills, a children’s play area, basketball courts, horse shoes, corn hole are on the grounds. Access the fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, and his/hers locker rooms in Gulfside for a workout when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Hidden Dunes is noted for the professionally staffed tennis center. It has been ranked a 'Top 50 Tennis Resort in the USA' by the publication 'Tennis Online’ with 6 Rubico clay courts (fee charged) and 3 pickle ball courts (fee charged). A catch-and-release fishing lake with a beautiful fountain is directly behind our Gulfside unit. A 24/7 professionally staffed onsite security is present at the resort’s gated entrance.

You'll have many great restaurants to enjoy nearby, like Emeril's Coastal, Vintij, and Carrabba's Italian Grill. For some authentic local seafood try Stinky’s Fish Camp. Drive 5 minutes west to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or 5 minutes east to see a movie at AMC Classic Boulevard in Grand Boulevard. Head over to one of the challenging local golf clubs to play on terrific green fairways for some early morning exercise. Seven miles west, you'll find Henderson Beach State Park with nature walks, playgrounds, and a boardwalk to enjoy.

We inspect our condo frequently, to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

We do not rent to under 25 years of age unless parents are present during the entire rental. Our unit does not allow animals or smoking. Our beach also is not handicap accessible. There are stairs over dunes to access our beach.

During the Summer, (Memorial day to mid August) this unit requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 2-night minimum stay.

Your drivers license will be checked at the security gate at Hidden Dunes.

During June and July, only 2 cars are permitted on campus. The rest of the year you can bring 3 cars. No trailers, RV'S or golf carts are allowed at Hidden Dunes.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer private pools and DVD players. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodations are furnished with sofa bed and dining tables. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.
This Miramar Beach condo provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart television is featured in living room. Additionally, condo includes iron/ironing board.
