Notre belle Beach House est le meilleur choix pour vos vacances en famille bien-aimée (et / ou entre amis). Idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied d'Emerald Beach et à quelques minutes des commerces, des restaurants et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Avec 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain et notre salle de jeux rénovée, il y a plus qu'assez de place pour 10 personnes (+ lit bébé), vous n'aurez donc pas à laisser personne derriÚre!

** Nous pouvons accueillir de grands groupes de plus de 70 personnes pour les vacances d'Ă©tĂ©, dans des maisons sĂ©parĂ©es situĂ©es dans le mĂȘme complexe - #OhanaDestin Houses.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée et toutes les commodités technologiques dont vous avez besoin: Roku, Netflix, PlayStation (Fifa, NBA et plus), set de poker, barre de son et Internet haut débit. De plus, pour garder tout le monde occupé pendant que vous travaillez sur le Grill, nous avons récemment rénové notre maison de plage et ajouté une grande salle de jeux pour enfants et adultes, dont Wii, Air-Hockey et Foosball!

Extras: Nous avons transformé notre garage en une grande SALLE DE JEUX pour petits et grands (Xbox 360, table de Air Hockey, baby-foot, etc.)! Super fun pour toute la famille! La chambre est entiÚrement climatisée!

Laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles au 2e étage. Chaise haute est disponible pour vos sacs.

La maison est équipée d'Internet haute vitesse pour que toute la famille puisse accrocher et profiter de tous vos appareils.

Tons of space, excellent location with a short walk to a gorgeous beach. It was so calm and quiet when we were there we often had beaches to ourselves. Great home for a dog, really comfortable beds and a great game room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, plenty of amenities. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was a nice asset for the days the seaweed was overtaking us at the beach. The public beach access was only .46 miles away. There is a lovely walking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, and the hosts provided excellent communication. We would stay here again.

Great place, great location

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property. It had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large bunk beds for the kids and spacious living area. The pool was right outside the door and perfect for the kids. The house isn’t far from the beach. It was nice to not have to travel with an umbrella or beach toys. They provided plenty of things to entertain the kids and even the wagon to carry it all in. This place won’t disappoint you!

Strongly advise others to avoid this listing. Our stay was highly disappointing due to several serious issues that made the property uninhabitable. The cleanliness was poor including visible cockroach infestations in the kitchen and even feces in the cabinets and utensils. We experienced water damage which was severe, as water poured from the ceiling and soaked the couch, making the living room unusable. To make matters worse there was a brown, foul-smelling water that came from the master bathroom faucet, forcing us to buy bottled water. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, with lengthy requirements and extensive demands placed on us by the hosts. The property’s listing was also inaccurate; the presence of security cameras wasn’t disclosed, and we had no privacy on the first floor. Communication with the property manager was incredibly poor. When we called about the leaking dishwasher, moldy vents, and ongoing cockroach problem, we received no response. When the manager did show up, she was intoxicated. While the location is convenient (a 10-minute walk to the beach), the property itself is poorly maintained. The neighbors were loud, slamming doors shaking the house and even walked through our portion of the yard without picking up after their pets. We also noticed them walking into our vehicles, which felt intrusive. Given these unresolved issues, we cannot recommend this property.

Good value

The property is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach; however there is no sidewalk so you have to walk in the road. We had a few hiccups upon checkin (battery not working in game room and tv in living room not working). The property manager was responsive and fast to rectify everything. You can tell it’s a high volume rental. But everything was clean. We would consider staying again. Thank you!!

Not much from the outside but the inside is comfortable and its walking distance to the beach, which was a huge plus. They provided beach gear to save from renting and a wagon to get there. Gameroom was a fun place for the kids. King beds were super comfortable and an added bonus.

Perfect beach vacation getaway

The townhouse was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The place was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit was so clean I didn't want to touch anything lol. The family room couches were so comfortable. The pis de resistance the bed mattress's and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. This was the entire parties consensus. The unit owner was easy to reach and very attentive. The beach which was about a 7 minute walk had the whitest sand and the most beautiful aqua clear water I have ever seen. Will absolutely return.

1st time to Destin

Family of 7 + dog, we couldn't be happier with our selection. There was plenty of room for all of us plus more. From our arrival, the place was clean and very well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach and lots of options for dining, groceries, shopping, and entertainment all within a few minutes drive. I was a little worried about taking our pet but the area has 2 dog waste stations and took our pet on morning walks along Scenic Gulf Dr. Everything worked out. i would highly recommend this place for families with young teenagers plus pets.

Perfect spot!

We had a lovely stay at this property! We have three kids and it was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were a ton of little extra touches that made things super convenient, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, a beach wagon to load our stuff in, a boogie board, and even a dog gate/baby gate. The game room was a wonderful addition! Also, great customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! It was within walking distance to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He checked in multiple times throughout our stay. The listing included an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We met some of the full time residents who were very friendly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing could not have been more accurate . Clean, clean, clean! This place was spotless when we arrived! The hosts were very quick to respond to any of our questions. 5 minute walk to the beach. Just too many good things to say about this place. Oir grandkids came with us and loved the gameroom! The pool was perfect and usually just our family in it. Not crowded at all. Home away from home

The property was amazing and even better than what the listing shows. The owner is very responsive and genuinely cares about your stay. We had some remote issues and within an hour of notifying the owner they were fixed, that’s prompt and timely. Can’t speak highly enough about the property and the owner. The location is great, less than five mins from the beach but set back in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and stores, yet all the noise of the city streets are far away. A HUGE bonus is the pool is literally ten steps away from the condo, so it makes it easy and quick to transition your day. We will definitely be back!

Could not have asked for a better beach vacation

This past spring break, my family and I, who normally stay at our condo in Ft. Myers Beach, decided to try the beaches of 30A, due to the continued reconstruction of FMB. We had been told by many friends and family that the beaches between Destin and Panama City were some of the best in the country and after staying a week down there, I would have to agree. However, the beaches weren't what made our vacation so special. It was this property. Jerry and Liron not only have put together one of the coziest and most welcoming vacation rentals I have ever stayed at, (by the end of our stay, it truly felt like we were leaving 'home,') but also one of the most accommodating. Everything you could think to ask for in a beach stay was already supplied: Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon to haul everything down to the beach... This all certainly helped us when we were planning all the packing. The game room was absolutely a hit with our kids and we kind of wished it had rained more so we could have played more air hockey and Wii Golf. My wife was particularly impressed that our hosts had an assortment of childrens' plateware in the cupboard and even a booster for our toddler. We were never in need of anything the entire week. And of course, the entire property was immaculately clean upon our arrival. The area in which the townhouse is situated is perfect. Nestled in with perhaps two dozen other townhomes, the layout of the complex is open and many other friendly vacationing families were present. The pool is a big hit and seems to be the central point of congregation during the day. The complex is also tucked away off the main boulevard, which was a plus for us, since we were away from all the spring breakers riding up and down the stretch. I will mention that there are full-time residents in the complex and I overheard one get testy with another family for how loud their dog was barking, so if you are planning on bringing your dogs, make sure to respect the neighbors. I could obviously go on and on about our stay, but I will leave it at saying that my entire family has agreed that we want to stay again in the future. Thank you guys for making such an effort in helping us have a fantastic vacation!

Absolutely Amazing

This property is absolutely amazing!! We stayed during the Christmas holiday. You need to bring nothing but your bathing suit. These owners have filled this unit with EVERYTHING you need for a luxurious stay. Six of us slept comfortably in three beautifully decorated bedrooms with a balcony off of one of the bedrooms on the second floor. The beds were very comfortable. Two full baths that included not only towels but shampoo and body soap for the week. The first floor is open and had an amazing kitchen with all the utensils/pots/pans/casserole dishes needed to prepare a Christmas dinner. Our daughter's future in-laws were able to drive down from Alabama and join us for dinner at the dining room table that sat eight. After dinner our future son-in-law proposed to our daughter In front of all of us. A magical day in a magnificient place. We relaxed in the comfortable living room which had an adjoining patio filled with all the beach equipment you could need and a grill. Although it was too cold (record breaking cold snap) there is a beautiful pool that is steps from the property. The beach is walking distance from the house. White sand for as far as you can see. Stunning. In addition to all this, the owners have made a game room in the garage that had everything for family fun - air hockey, foosball, and video games. We had a blast! This is a ten star property. We were able to rest, relax, and celebrate.
