Unit 337 is the main living space featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. This condo has been recently remodeled and renovated to the coastal luxury style for a relaxing beach vacation. This main living area also has in-unit laundry and an oversized wraparound patio for easy access to the amenity terrace including pool, hot spa, cold spa, fitness center and BBQ grills. This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and full bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head out from your patio to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.

Beautiful, clean, perfect location!

The king bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location was perfect. Just steps away from Baytown village close to all the restaurants. Tram takes you to the beach. Beautiful decor, everything updated and clean. Patio on the corner was private and on the same floor as the pool, and bbq pits. My two very tall teens slept in the pull out sofa sleeper. I would stay again.

Great!

Everything from check in to check out was easy amazing. Even the outdoor area was so awesome with two children. They couldn't get out but they had a little area to play. We were right across from the pool but it was safe. They couldn't get out of the area, the rooms were dark, which was amazing having kids that take naps very centrally located and easy to get to Baytown. I hope to stay here again next year.

Great location, right outside the pool area but at the end of the building for privacy. Inside appeared to be recently renovated and everything looked and smelled new. Patio was very large and private. Unit is in one of the smaller condo buildings which makes for more privacy. Very close to Baytowne Wharf.

Had to park long way away again. We have a baby so it was not good for us. Room was nice but wouldn't do it again.

Reviewer Comments: 20 minutes before we arrived we received a call that our room had scaffolding and painting equipment outside of it. Every off season Upgrades and maintenance are done at Sandestin. The lady started they don’t always tell us - since you are in the rental business wouldn’t it be proper to call and find out what updates are going to be made this off season? That would prevent the inconvenience we were put through. Now the crew that was doing the work were very accommodating they removed the blue tint off the windows and we got some of the outdoor furniture back to sit outside. We got 10 percent off the room only not all the other add on fees. Last year when we rented from you it was the parking code change over that happened while we were there. You didn’t know about that either. Although we were shown the email that was sent to you two weeks prior. So I guess if you want to improve your service be proactive and stay on top of changes happening on your rental properties.

The property was very nice overall! We like to workout everyday, so gym was convenient but was smaller than expected! The pools and overall property were beautiful! Jan was very helpful and we everything we needed! Will stay again! David
