This newly renovated, private three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachside bungalow is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Located in the Tennis Village within the Seascape community, ‘Beach Baby’ offers easy access to eight professional tennis courts and a tennis pro shop. The villa is just 750 yards from the nearest public beach access, allowing you to walk directly to the beautiful Emerald Coast across Scenic Highway 98. The walk from the front door to the sand takes only five minutes!

Inside, the property features three spacious bedrooms, each with oversized closets. The primary suite offers a king bed, the secondary suite includes a queen bed, and the bonus room has two twin beds. There are two newly renovated bathrooms with glass-door showers.
