The unit was check-in ready and supplies in bathrooms and the kitchen were generous. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Second bedroom sadly was cramped as the bed took up the entire room and you had to crawl over to get to the chest of drawers, though the bed was very comfortable.

Great beach property

I booked this condo for a very last minute beach trip and it turned out to be a great choice! The condo was clean and very nice. The location was fantastic, short walk to the beach where there was a complimentary set of beach chairs with umbrella waiting. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family as well as our two dogs. There was plenty of room for us to spread out as well a full kitchen. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs. The beach was a small walk away. We were also a short drive from anything that we wanted or needed.

Great condo in Miramar Beach

This is our third stay at the Maravilla Resort, which is located in a lovely beach community. The resort has wonderful amenities, the town is very walkable (with restaurants, coffee shops, and bike paths nearby), and the beach is pristine (beautiful, clear water and soft, white sand). This unit was very conveniently located close to the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The kitchen was well-stocked - we cooked meals several evenings during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

First Time in the area

Beautiful beaches, pet friendly resort with good food within walking distance! What’s not to love? The property was cute with a comfy bed in the primary. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping essentials were provided. One downside for “vintage” guests was bathroom updates: no grab bars in the tub, no no slip resistant surface or tub mat. Commodes were the shorter varieties, more suited to younger knees than mine. Thanks for a great Panhandle month.

Perfect quick getaway

We have stayed in Maravilla many times and we were so surprised The view was much better than the photos, the decor really pretty, beds very comfortable, very reasonable on rates and just sooo clean. It was just such a nice last minute break. We will return!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! It was a very short walk to the beach and the private beach access was a plus! The chair and umbrella service included with the condo rental was great-less to carry to the beach. The owner was very prompt to respond when the power went out. It was multiple units and the power was restored very quickly. And we loved that it was a pet-friendly community and our fur baby was able to accompany us on our vacation. Overall great experience!!

Summer Vacation

I would definitely stay in this unit again. The location was decent, the balcony was large and had a nice view and the place was beautifully decorated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the headboard of the bed in the main bedroom was extremely dusty and messed with my sinuses the first night because I had to cleaned it myself. Otherwise, we had to complaints.

Love the location.

Love this property. The only issue is that there’s a king bed in the very small guest bedroom which makes it extremely difficult to get around in there. There’s also a very large tv on the wall next to the bed which makes it impossible to watch, and you have to duck every time you get in and out of the bed to keep from hitting your head. It would probably be best to put a full size bed in that bedroom and just remove the tv. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at 3204 Maravilla from November 20-27th 2021. Unit 3204 is beautiful, perfectly located, short walk to the beach. Unit had everything you need for a week of stay. Since we were cooking, the only downside is there was not proper pan to cook chicken in the oven. We bought it in nearby store, so problem was resolved for Thanksgiving meal. Overall would rate it at 5 stars. We had issues with internet, called Rene, but she said to watch regular channels and she will call seevice day later. We took upon ourselves and got Cox to give us temp password so we were able to watch you tube channels. Rene checked on it in the morning. We expected little more efforts from her end, but all is good since we dolved the problem on our own.
