Magnifiquement rénové et mis à jour avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et des meubles de salon confortables !!

Amusant pour toute la famille, notre unité est proche des principaux centres commerciaux, restaurants, cinémas, centre-ville de Destin et, mieux encore, a une vue imprenable complÚte sur le golfe.

Notre dernier (4e) Ă©tage, unitĂ© de coin dans le bĂątiment le plus recherchĂ© du golfe et surplombe la piscine. C'est pour ça que vous ĂȘtes venu Ă  la plage !! Avec des meubles neufs, vous ne croirez pas qu'il s'agit d'une location. Nous voulions que notre unitĂ© soit exceptionnelle et avons crĂ©Ă© une maison trĂšs spĂ©ciale loin de chez vous pour que vous puissiez en profiter.


Maravilla Beachfront Resort est un 33. 7 acres communauté de propriété de premier plan Destin golfe sur Scenic Highway 98. Il y a un parc avant le golfe de 2,5 acres, votre propre accÚs à la plage privée, deux piscines luxueuses, des courts de tennis et de palets, et un club-house avec salle d'exercice.

Amazing condo! It is updated and you can’t beat the view! It’s a corner unit so you only have neighbors on one side! Only downside is you do have to get to the beach early to get chairs in the front row, but it’s worth it!

Panhandle Get-A-Way

The location for everything possible was excellent. A lot of things to do. Beach & pool right there. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. You could walk or bike for miles in any direction. Very dog friendly which was an added plus for us. Only drawback was that the exterior of the building was in the process of a major renovation and the noise was terrible from grinding and misc. construction. No fault of VRBO. However, I wish they would've advertised that was going on. We might of then switch to another property. The condo on the inside could use a little tlc upgrade (shower & tub). Overall, the condo was very clean. We would stay there again if choosing that part of Florida again.

Pleased with access to beach. Unit was clean and well stocked for cooking. First time we’ve stayed across the street from the beach. View was great and access was easy. Pool was great! Would stay again for sure!

Perfect spring getaway

The condo has a great ocean and pool view. I could see the waves from sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen even. The extra east windows offered morning sunlight. The internet was lightening fast and allowed me to work and stream videos. The condo was also super quiet and well equipped for dining in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bike path along scenic gulf boulevard that made it easy for taking my dog for walks and riding rental bikes.

Great condo with great views!

Excellent stay at this newly furnished condo on top floor. Views and accommodations were very nice. Tempurpedic mattress in bedroom was excellent. Owner had everything you would need for your stay from beach chairs to kitchen utensils/ washer dryer Only complaint is that the cable company came into our unit without any notice to install direct tv upgrades. A heads up would be nice as valuables were left out. We called the office about it when we noticed and they said it was “out of their control”
..piss poor communication. Overall a very good experience and condo for up to 4 guests. Would rent again.

Great Stay!

Overall good experience. Bunk bed sheets were full of sand and food crumbs from previous stay. Electrical outlets did not work in both bathrooms making it difficult to blow dry and style your hair. Elevator closest to our unit was out of order 4 out of the 7 days of our stay. Could have used an extra trash bag and additional toilet paper as a convenience. Overall, great view from balcony and Destin was a great destination. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful location. Condo was as described in listing. Could use a set of actual drinking glasses, we do no enjoy drinking out of plastic. We sis leave a couple of wine glasees that we purchased for the next guests :)

Very nice condo. Nicely furnished except the living room needs an actual comfortable chair and ottoman or recliner instead of the outdoor metal rocker that is in there which was very uncomfortable.

Great spot

First trip to gulf in years. Really happy with our choice. Easy walk to the beach. Love not having to lug chairs and shade over to the beach. Owners were easy to deal with and the place is well kept.

Just like the pictures!

This was a great condo! The location is perfect, being an end unit it got lots of natural light. The views of the ocean were immaculate. In room laundry was so convenient! The building had carts for luggage and groceries which made loading and unloading a breeze. Having the beach chair service was a total game changer! The beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was perfect so We will be back!!

Mirimar Beach - Maravilla 2413 "Dog Friendly"

Property was great, as advertised. It was however very misleading to say you have 2.5 acres of deeded gulf property, implying that we could take our dog on the beach. The fact is only property owners in the County can register their dogs to walk on the beach. The police ran us off the first day of our trip. This was very embarrassing. The saving grace was a nearby Dog Park on the Bay.

Lacking some floor cleaning and electrical plugs that works

Floors had not been cleaned. Couch was uncomfortable. Both bathroom plugs don’t work. Curtains very difficult to open or close to see ocean. Construction work being done next door and was electric sawing on balcony. 190.00 cleaning fee way to expensive
