I come from a luxury hotel brand and must say, this property is better than the pics. The attention to detail in this condo is impeccable . Enough hooks for wet towels and clothes, night lights on the bathroom switches, blackout drapes, such comfy beds and sheets, more than enough bath towels, pots and pans for nice dinners in. The property is very well kept, the pools are sparkling. We usually travel to Naples, Florida but now will make this a destination before heading south. Thank you for a wonderful family memory for us!!

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. A pet-friendly place, which was essential for us since we were traveling with our dog. Our children loved the bunk beds. The condo was very clean with all the necessary appliances. The host gave us clear instructions before our arrival and only contacted us during check-in and check-out. I will definitely book this unit again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect place to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Brett and Brandie were wonderful hosts and their condo is amazing. The ocean view, the ease to get to the beach, the provided beach chairs/umbrella, and the location make this condo one that we will definitely stay in again.

Excellent Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay! Brett was phenomenal to work with—friendly, responsive, and so helpful throughout the process. My husband and I have stayed at Maravilla before, but Brett's condo is by far the best we've experienced in the complex. The listing was spot-on, and the breathtaking view exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We also loved the location: private beach access just steps away, plus great restaurants and a cozy local coffee shop just down the road. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Best beach

The condo is recently renovated and clean. It is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool, and easily accessible by stair or elevators. The daily beach service was a very nice touch. The VIEW was incredible, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Exactly what we were looking for, perfect location. Steps away from beach. Owners were very easy to reach anytime I had questions, check in/out was a breeze. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. 4th floor and steps away from elevator which we never had to wait on even in busy season. Can’t wait to stay again.
