Maravilla 1207 is a great unit for anyone, from couples to extended families wanting to visit a great Destin beach rental. Located in building 1 at the Maravilla Resort, it is convenient to the beach access, about 50 yards to the beach and comes with a huge perk - Beach Service of two chairs and a umbrella during the season (March 1-October 31st)! As far as Miramar beach rentals, this is by far, one of our most affordable condo rentals in the Destin/ Miramar beach area that can sleep up to 8 people.

We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
