-Smoke-Free Property: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including garages, walkways, pools, spas, pool decks, and balconies.

-No Pets: Pets are not permitted per Condo HOA rules.

-Parking: Two parking passes are included with your stay. Passes can be picked up at the Beach Reunion office on the day of check-in. Please contact our office in advance to receive the address. Additional passes may be purchased through the resort if needed.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.



-Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Seascape Resort South Gate (On Scenic 98) is the quickest entrance, once inside the gate the Majestic Sun units are immediately to your left. Access to your unit is easy, accessible via the lobby elevators.
