An open floorplan greets you upon arrival. On one side of the room, you’ll see the gorgeous Gulf through a sliding glass door. The door opens onto a lovely balcony, which is furnished with a sky-blue table and chairs. From this cozy spot, you will enjoy incredible views of the crystal-sand shores and jeweled-colored waves of the Gulf. Add a cold cocktail to the mix, and you have the recipe for a perfect afternoon! Back inside, the living area offers a laidback setting to relax and hang out with your fellow vacationers. The living room includes a patterned armchair and a plush couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The couch faces a flatscreen TV mounted on a white shiplap wall. A chest-style drink table and a blue-gray console table complete the space. Next to the living room, the dining area includes a round table and four chairs. Two additional stools sit at the sleek kitchen bar. The kitchen includes white cabinetry, a built-in wine nook, and stainless-steel appliances.

The bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a woven straw headboard, reading chair, sunny window, and wall-mounted TV. Its full ensuite bath includes a tub/shower combo. A bunk nook in the hallway provides additional sleeping accommodations. The bunk has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower and a stacked washer and dryer.

Some of the Emerald Coast’s best vacation amenities are found at Majestic Sun. There is an indoor/outdoor pool that faces the Gulf and offers a refreshing swim any time of the year. A paver sundeck, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas surround another full outdoor pool and two hot tubs. The onsite fitness center has several cardio machines. It overlooks the pools and Gulf, so you get a great view while getting in your vacation workout. The beach access is across the street, meaning the snow-white shores of Miramar Beach are only a one-minute stroll from the property.

In addition to onsite amenities, guests will love exploring the surrounding area. Popular restaurants like Whale’s Tail, Royal Palm Grille, and Surf Hut are within walking distance. Silver Sands Premium Outlets provides discount designer shopping less than a mile away. Check out the neighboring Seascape for golf, tennis, and recreation rentals. Visit the nearby entertainment hubs, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Each has an eclectic mix of specialty shops, tasty restaurants, art galleries, and activities for vacationers to enjoy.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
