Dogs welcome! We're excited to host you and your furry friend! One small dog (45 lbs max) welcome with $150 pet fee. Maravilla is a dog-friendly property and has designated pet walking areas. Please select the pet option when booking so your dog will be approved.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests enjoy private access to the entire condo with easy keyless entry. Your stay includes full access to Maravilla Resort amenities, including a private, deeded beach with seasonal beach chair service (two chairs and one umbrella, mid-March–October), two pools (one heated seasonally), a large hot tub, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, charcoal grills, picnic areas, outdoor showers, elevator access, gated entry, and free unassigned parking.

PETS
Maravilla is a pet-friendly community with designated dog walking areas on the property. Please be sure to select the pet option when booking so your dog is approved.

Please note: Walton County regulations do not permit dogs on the beach for vacation rental guests. Only full-time residents with a county-issued permit are allowed to have dogs on the beach.

OTHER INFORMATION

✔ Must be 25 to rent per HOA regulations
✔ You will be sent a short rental agreement for your stay, and an ID is required
✔ Occupancy: No more than 6 guests (maximum 4 adults with 2 kids) are allowed to occupy the condo.
✔ Starter Supplies: We provide just a basic set of essentials to get you started.
✔ The condo is not baby-proofed. Adult supervision is required, cleaning supplies are present.
