This beautiful 4th story, top floor, condo is a 3 bed/2 bath perfect Destin vacation rental with spacious accommodations for 8! It features 10 ft ceilings and open living floor plan with plenty of space to entertain.

BEDROOM & BATH

The master bedroom features a king bed, full private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower, dual granite vanity and a large garden tub to soak after long days on the beach. You can enjoy a movie from bed with the large flatscreen tv across from it, and there is plenty of dresser space for all of your belongings.


The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The second guest room offers a bunk bed with a twin-size bed on top, a queen-size bed on the bottom, and an additional pull-out trundle. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and share a full bathroom. The guest bathroom has ample countertop space for all your belongings and includes a shower/tub combination.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The kitchen is a beautiful, spacious, U-shaped area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry for you to bring all of your favorite snacks!

It is fully equipped with all cooking supplies, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and we even provide both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. Bring your favorite ground coffee or k-cups! The bar top has four stools for extra guests, and the dining table can hold an additional six people.

The spacious walkout patio has gorgeous views and patio furniture to take in the sights from.

In the living area is a beautiful sectional with plenty of seating for guests and a large 86" flat screen tv with access to Netflix, Hulu and cable.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Alerio is a newly constructed condominium complex in Destin, Florida. The resort itself offers countless amenities for the whole family.

This condo is located right off of Scenic Drive and a short walk away from the beautiful, white sands of Florida. Alerio also offers a community pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. If you would like to grill, there is an outdoor grilling area available for you to use.

The complex also offers a splash pad for kids. This location is close to 5 star restaurants, shopping and many other activities. The possibilities here are endless!

OTHER INFORMATION

Guests will have their own unique access code valid only during their stay.
On-site parking available for just one car with additional parking available just down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash)
-1 car rule is only enforced from March 1 - November 1st.
*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
