Take in Gulf views from the ninth-floor wraparound balcony in your spacious condo. This corner unit is located in the Luau at Sandestin¼ and offers abundant amenities, including a heated 4,000-square-foot saltwater lagoon pool (seasonally heated), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a fitness center, a rooftop sunset deck, a grill pavilion, and a seasonal poolside tiki bar serving snacks and frozen beverages. The Polynesian-inspired resort grounds boast an unparalleled location with direct beach access, expansive Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay views. Kick back on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 38” TV with DVD player. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of upgraded all-black appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar, which seats two. Gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

This is our second stay at this condo. Beautiful view. Very unfortunate that the balcony was unavailable for our due to construction. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and very old and worn out. Really needs to be replaced.

Adequate

The property is well situated within the Bay side of Sandestin Resort. The large balcony was appealing before we rented, but it only overlooks a large parking lot that contains three loud and enormous A/C units that ran continuously. Further, there was only a small table on the balcony but no chairs at all (unless we took the upholstered dining room chairs outside to sit). Overall a disappointing experience, but could be easily improved with a few fixes.

Not Clean, no communication, problems unresolved.

Property was not clean. Sheets not washed from previous guest. Bodily fluids on bedroom curtains. Microwave did not work. Microwave issue was reported to Vacasa (twice). Vacasa did nothing to fix the problem. A dirty, disposable diaper had been left in the washer (which would indicate that the towels and sheets from the previous occupants were not washed) and neither my wife or daughter noticed before they did a load of laundry and when they opened the washer the clothes had pieces of dirty diaper on them and they clothes had to be washed again. Vacasa was notified by my wife about the diaper issue - nothing done. I booked this getaway for my wife and daughter and I will never book another Vacasa property again.

Enjoyed our stay. The resort style pool was fabulous. However, there are 2 tvs but only 1 remote. There were only 2 forks in the condo. Overall we would definitely go back.

Loved the Luau

The resort is huge and very nice. Enjoyed the Hawaiian music at the beautiful pool area. Short walk to beach and restaurant/bar. Tram stop at the sidewalk takes you anywhere on the property. Lots of fun at the Baytown village with music, night club, restaurants and shops. Fully equipped kitchen with even a corkscrew, but only had two forks. Sent a text message regarding this and was told to look in the kitchen. Well yeah we did and found no additional forks. The unit is very nice but looked as if in mid remodel with lots of wall anchors exposed, some patching but not yet repainted. Still nice and we didn’t need the missing hooks or pictures. The bathtub is high and there are no safety bars. Had to be very careful getting in and out. I would stay there again.

VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! This condo has floor to ceiling windows, which offer stunning views day and night. The ice maker was FANTASTIC, it pumped out ice for drinks, water bottles, coolers ... Walk to the beach is fairly short, but with a set of stairs, which I mention because I have problems with stairs. The beach itself is beautiful, but covered in chairs they want to rent to you, with very little left for your own spot in the sun. The pool was great, nice to have the snack bar available. Walls are thin, we had some noisy neighbors.

Great stay with slight hiccup at the start.

Overall the stay was wonderful. Short 2-4 minute walk to the beach. Great pool on property. At check in we were not provided with all of the codes needed to enter the property so that was a little of a sour start but after that everything was wonderful.

Beautiful property! Very close to the beach. Very easy walk to the beach! The pool was immaculate. Loved the fact that there is security all around the property. Easy access to shopping and dining.
