This Coastal Modern Stunner is located on the second floor of one of the most popular and also gated condominiums on the beach – Huntington by the Sea! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently renovated and can accommodate 6 guests. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from not only the living room but your master bedroom, as well. Lounging on the balcony and taking in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico is sure to make you smile. The master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds (updated picture layout coming soon) and a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need and the hard part will be deciding to eat inside or take the meal to the outdoor dining area!

When you decide to pry yourself away from the relaxing oasis of the inside of 206, you can take advantage of the complexes amenities which include a beautiful pool (heated Jan 15 - Apr 15), grilling area, private beach access, and enjoy the 2 complementary chairs plus an umbrella that are provided from March 1st through November 25th. It’s truly hard to find many buildings that give the private feel of a low-density condo like Huntington by the Sea! Close by, you’ll find plenty to enjoy in Miramar Beach, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach. You can visit Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or take a scenic drive down historic 30a. There’s ample dining and shopping opportunities close by as well as several meticulously manicured golf courses. This condo has great views of the Gulf, which is always our #1 box to check. The free beach chairs were much appreciated, and the size of this complex (five floors, seven units wide) ensures some room to spread out on the beachfront. The appliances were fully functioning, although the lower tray of the dishwasher was wonky. We learned on the last night that the walls are thin. One group partied until 2 am. But the complex has a quiet time policy after 10 pm, so this group may have been new and uninformed.

This is an excellent rental. It was a great location for our family of 4 with two children at the age of 8 and 5. It was very clean. View was perfect. Location of Miramar beach was good as well. The only thing I wish I read more carefully was there are NO laundry machines in the unit. You will have to use a community laundry area that is located on the same floor and it does accept credit card. It was not a big deal and our vacation was excellent. Umbrella and 2 chairs were included. Very happy with the communication from management. Excellent overall.

Property was very clean inside and out. Easy access to a large beach area, and chair service was great. Our bathrooms were small, but very nice and served the purpose!! Parking was plenty and property is close to grocery store and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Stay

We have stayed at Huntington By the Sea before and have loved the experience every time! This condo was just as nice as the previous time and was the perfect fit for accommodating us with several little kiddos, while everything still looking and feeling luxurious. The beach views were incredible. The staff on site kept things very clean. The pool is SO well heated, like warm bathwater. Any questions we had during the stay were quickly answered. And the unit was perfectly cleaned and very well stocked with everything we needed! We Will love to come back!!!

Great place!

We truly enjoyed the property. It was just as it appeared in the pictures. Give me Love the decor. It was very well stocked in the kitchen. The responsiveness was phenomenal and greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay in this property again in the future.

Great Condo with a Convenient Location!!

We were extremely impressed with this property. It has been updated beautifully. It has all the amenities needed, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils/dishes/appliances/etc. The view was dreamy, and the balcony has high quality furniture. We loved the location for its easy access to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. Because of the smaller condo, the beach was not packed like the surrounding condos. That was a huge plus for us. It was great having our beach chairs and umbrellas set up and ready for us daily. The beach attendant, Jesse, was extremely friendly as well. Communication was great with the rental property. When I had any questions, they were quick to respond. We would absolutely return to Huntington By The Sea 206.

Loved everything about this property except the bathroom. Everything was very nicely remodeled except the shower- curved shower curtain and possibly exhaust fan( maybe not possible) would have made it an all-around 5-star. This apartment by far has been the most well-stocked from towels to chip clips and everything in between that we've stayed out.
