Happy Ours! A single-story charmer with 2 Golf Carts!

Happy Ours is a beautifully decorated single-story home that offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two golf carts and a short drive to the beach! It's located in the quiet Sandpiper Village neighborhood in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.


Highlights of the home are listed below:

* One four-seater golf cart and one six seater golf cart included

* Sleeps 10 in beds, most comfortable for a max of six adults and children

* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking

* Access to two heated pools, both with a zero entry and both less than a five minute ride away!

* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (a five minute walk) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply)

* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply)

* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Catch and release policy for the ponds, and a fishing license is required for bay/gulf fishing

* Bicycle rentals available at the Sandestin marina (Fees apply)

* Pontoon boat, jet skis, paddle board, and kayak rentals available at the Sandestin marina, a five minute ride away (Fees apply)

* Beach towels included (minimum of six)

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

This home was perfect for my month long stay in San Destin.. it was spacious, well kept and offered everything we needed . Convenient to shops and restaurants and a great area to go for a walk. Quiet neighborhood at the time we were there in Jan/Feb.

Wonderful Property

There was a slight miscommunication at the beginning but the owner worked with us to solve the issue quickly. The house was wonderful and stocked with everything needed. The golf carts are always a must for us when staying in Sandestin! It makes everything so convenient and our kids love it. Great vacation property!

Little get a way

We come to Sandestin every year about this time. We try and stay somewhere different every time This place was so nice , very peaceful, super clean, and plenty of room. The golf cart is our favorite to get around in. The house was so pretty, updated , and to wake up to all the light that came through with all the beautiful windows was so relaxing ! We loved it !

Spring Break 2024

Cozy and quiet location. Beach access is too small for the amount of folks on the resort but just get a spot early in the day. Chairs and umbrellas should be offered for free to resort attendees. Golf cart rides were fun for everyone and get around easily. Fireworks from the wharf were fun for the kids along with the wharf itself. House was upgraded and felt brand new. Seaside and Santa Rosa beach are only 15 minutes away if you want a private beach experience.

Great family friendly home

We really enjoyed the house. It was close to shopping, activities and the beach. The golf carts were so helpful for getting around the resort. You could do your entire vacation without leaving the resort if you wanted. The house was clean with very comfortable beds and lots of pillows to choose from. Plenty of seating and space for our family of 6. The only issues we had were that we were not able to get the bedroom TV’s to work (tried all the things) and there weren’t many cleaning supplies available to the guests for cleaning up regular spills and such. Tracy was very responsive and a great host. We hope to come back again!
