Condo dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, prĂȘt Ă  emmĂ©nager. Nouveau canapĂ© avec un fauteuil inclinable, une table Ă  manger et un comptoir. Dans le salon et la chambre, vous trouverez une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat murale. Les enfants adorent les lits superposĂ©s intĂ©grĂ©s. Complexe de condo a 2 piscines, jacuzzi et grillades. Climatiseur central avec ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. SituĂ© au premier Ă©tage, il est facile d'entrer et de sortir avec ses bagages et ses courses. La plage est Ă  75 pas et utilisĂ©e Ă  titre privĂ© uniquement par les clients du condo. Pas de souci de partager la plage avec trop de gens. 2 chaises de plage, parasol sont stockĂ©s dans le condo pour votre plaisir. Il suffit d'apporter vos serviettes de plage et votre maillot de bain. Internet sans fil, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et une grande rĂ©ception cellulaire sont quelques-uns des Ă©quipements dans notre condo. Le centre commercial Silver Sands Outlet est Ă  moins de 3 km et Pompano Joe's on the Gulf est accessible Ă  pied pour des dĂźners de fruits de mer animĂ©s. L'heure d'arrivĂ©e est 16h00 et le check out est 10h00. Vous devrez ĂȘtre absent au plus tard Ă  10h00 en raison de notre Ă©quipe de nettoyage pour notre prochain invitĂ© le jour de votre dĂ©part. Father's Day Weekend Getaway

The location was great—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Best condo in Miramar

It is always very clean. It has a home away from home feel to it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed sleeps so good. Its very quiet and very family oriented. We will not ever stay anywhwre else. Fran communicates very well. She is the BEST! She always makes our stay the best.

Another great stay at Gulfview!

Fran's condo was absolutely great. Gulfview is a great spot at Miramar Beach with the proximity to the beach and some of the best restaurants around. The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. The included beach service is nice as well and much appreciated, as some units it isn’t included. Fran was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! The only "complaints" we had were The patio could use a small fence or gate, very exposed to anyone walking by or in the general area. Could also be updated with a digital door lock vs an old fashioned key. These aren't deal breakers by any means just info for anyone looking.

Great location & friendly host!

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient to the beautiful beach and pools. The chair/umbrella service was fantastic! Kids liked the bunk beds and we were quite comfortable. Condo was quiet even though many families were staying there. Definitely would return. Thanks, Fran!

We absolutely loved staying at Fran’s place!! Fran was also a fantastic and thoughtful host. We stayed for our honeymoon and in the fridge Fran left a card, two Destin wine glasses that we could keep, and two bottles of champagne. Very proactive with giving information and responsive to my questions. The unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beach was just steps away which was perfect. So much to do around both easily by walking or driving. Bonus that there were nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use. 10/10 recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Condo

It is the best condo in Destin. It is perfect. Its very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. Mrs. Fran and Bruce are the best. They communicate with you from the time you book until your trip is over. We will never stay anywhere else. It is for sure our home away from home. They are the best!

Absolutely Perfect

Fran was incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations! We hadn't even left yet and my husband already asked me to reach out about next year. The condo was in the perfect location and provided a nice private beach access that remained a lot less crowded than other beach areas. It was all honestly perfect for our family. Laundry is nearby and the pools were perfect as well (although we mostly just enjoyed the beach). We will 100% be back and will book with Fran again!

Perfect for Beach Vacations

The condo is perfect! It is clean, well equipped and the interior is beautiful. The absolutely best thing is the location! Only a few steps from the best beach we ever had in the USA! White Sands and cristal clear blue/green water! Also the communication with the rental owner Fran was very fast and good. I can recommend this condo to everybody. Best condo in Miramar Beach

This is by far the best place to stay in Miramar Beach. It's super clean, just the right size, and perfect location. The beach is across the street and u can see it from the porch. The owners are the best! They communicate quickly and are super sweet people. They make you feel like family and it's our home away from home.

Excellent owners, great apartment and beautiful private beach

First of all let me just say that the vrbo host Fran is super nice . We were supposed to check in on a Tuesday and she emailed us and told us the apartment was clean and available on Monday and offered it to us a day earlier (complementary). The apartment was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the location is right across a private beach that was never really crowded in that section. We used their very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We cooked some meals in and walked over to crab shack some nights. We had the utmost relaxing and wonderful time and for sure will be back !

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very clean and was just like it was suppose to be. The Location is perfect. It's within walking distance to 3 restaurants. The beach is across the street and you can see the beach from the living room. We felt like we were at home. We will be back next yeat.

My husband and I had a great trip here. Very convenient to the beach. The condo was really clean. Everything you would need is included. The property manager was available immediately if we had questions. We will definitely be coming back. Amazing stay!

Best condo in Destin

Would gladly rent this condo again. Highly recommend for cleanliness, great communication with owner, proximity to private beach, Gulf View amenities (2 pools, grilling stations). My family had a great stay with plenty of room for 4 of us in this condo.

Great Location!

property was conveniently located across the street from the beach access gate. Room was nice. Comfortable furniture tastefully decorated. I was surprised the bed was a full size as opposed to a queen but my husband and I had plenty of room. Laundry facility is located on site but not in the room. The bunks in the hallway are spacious and comfortable. The silverware was a little grimy with food as was the Keureg. I loved that the umbrella and chairs were available for use since we flew we could not bring our own. Nice property overall!

Wonderful condo, great location

We had a blast here! The location you can’t beat. Literally so close to the beach. Wonderful price, clean & we loved being on the first floor. Pools were great. The staff that is here cleaning everyday was truly welcoming and we would come back bc of their hospitality. Fran was so great to deal with. We do t want to leave, but know where we will stay when we come back. I would suggest bring a blanket if you get cold like me bc the ac works so good!
