Gulfside Hidden Dunes Steps to Beach, Pool, Tennis, Pickleball

Oceanfront/Gulf front Condo in Miramar Beach in Hidden Dunes Resort (near Destin, Sandestin and Seaside). Breathtaking views of Ocean and Pool from our 3rd floor balcony. You are literally Steps to Beach, Pool, Fitness and Tennis.

Just bring your toothbrush and food items as I provide everything (see below) you need to make your vacation comfortable, relaxing and hassle free! Check in ANY DAY of the week and stay for a couple of days or as long as you want! 2 Beach Chairs, Umbrella and Table are provided for your enjoyment!

Before your stay, the Condo is cleaned and sanitized for 5+ hours by my cleaning lady or me (not a cleaning service that's in and out in 2 hours).

You will Love the High Thread Count Egyptian Cotton sheets, Down Pillows, Cotten Bed Coverlet's and Wonderful Fluffy Bath and Beach Towels (no Polyester here)!

Spend your time at the Beach, Pool or wherever your heart desires, I provide all the Essentials you need -- coffee, sweetener, creamer, laundry and dish detergent, soap and shampoo’s, paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc., etc.!!!

The Oceanfront Master Bedroom features a King Bed, dresser, spacious double closet and 2 Comfy Chairs for leisure. The Guest Room has 2 QUEEN beds, double closet and large Dresser. Both Bathrooms are Beautifully designed with Custom Cabinetry with Marble/Granite tops and the showers are appointed with custom tile.

Fully stocked kitchen (including Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer, Keurig Coffee Maker in addition to absolutely everything you need to cook with! There is also a Bar, Pantry, and a Washer/Dryer!

We have 3 Smart TV's so you can watch or stream all your favorites on Netflix, UTube TV, Amazon Prime, All ESPN channels, The Golf Channel and Many More.

Hidden Dunes Resort offers Tennis, Fitness center, Basketball/Pickle Ball courts in addition to a Large Oceanfront Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Private Beach.

Great condo, everything was just as described in the lusting. Balcony sitting area is so nice and comfy! Easy beach access! The beach chairs and umbrellas were not taken down until 6pm, so nice not to feel rushed when the weather was so nice!

Dream Vacation

Our family’s most enjoyable and memorable vacations to date. Everything went accordingly, as discussed prior to our visit with no surprises. The condo is very spacious included plenty of your daily essentials prior to arrival. Having plenty of beach towels and bath towels was a huge plus. The balcony was a family favorite as we spent a lot of time out in the outdoor living space. Very nice and comfortable outdoor furniture with plenty of room for all five family members to enjoy at the same time. The third floor convenience was another key aspect for our booking just high up enough to have wonderful beach views and low enough to utilize the stairs if needed. This condo and host has become the standard to which we will compare any vacation to in the future. And we will be booking again for many years to come.

Property was great for our family vacation. Hidden Dunes is a hidden gem for sure. We stayed in the same area 2 years ago and it never disappoints. Great places to eat, shop and just get out and explore. Publix very close. The Condo was right on the beach and the pool area was clean and very inviting after leaving our daily beach ventures. Amenities for the room were plentiful and very accommodating. Everyone in our family enjoyed their stay.

Wonderful

The condo was clean and beautiful, the pool was so close and very well maintained, and the beach set up with chairs and umbrella provided were the cherry on top. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner does a phenomenal job making you feel comfortable and welcome while having all the necessities there so you don’t have to rush to the grocery as soon as you arrive. Would definitely stay again.

This place amazing and had all the essentials (we definitely over packed necessities). The check in was extremely easy and flawless. The owners were very very quick to answer any questions we had and treated us like royalty. The pictures do not do this place justice. The unit was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view.

Awesome View and very well appointed condo

Our family stayed in this condo over 4th of July week. Everything was seamless. Angelia was very responsive and very accommodating to our request (for a fee) for a late checkout. The condo did not disappoint. It is just as nice as it looks in the photos. It is very nicely decorated and updated. The furnishings are really nice and the beds are super comfortable. The condo is totally stocked, Keurig cups, lots of condiments, dishwasher tablets, detergent etc., which was really nice. All the glassware, plates, kitchen accessories and appliances are brand new and very nice. The view of the gulf from the condo is amazing. We sat on the patio every morning and had coffee. It was so nice having reserved chairs on the beach too. It was not very crowded at all since it is a private beach. We were very thankful for this as we walked down the beach and saw the other resorts that had chairs lined up 10-15 rows deep. This was a lovely vacation and we would definitely stay at the condo again.

Nice little getaway

We booked with this property somewhat last minute and had some doubts considering the options were slim Pickens however we were super excited to find the property so very cozy and in an excellent location to the beach and pool. The property owner was very attentive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all and ideal for peaceful family time. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

A great time was had by all!

We had a wonderful experience and a beautiful time in this condo, it was outstanding! Well appointed and made fixing meals for 6 a breeze! You can’t beat the view! Made maximizing our time at the sand ocean and pool so easy and convenient and the evenings on the porch were so enjoyable watching the storms as they cool off the heat of the day. Loved the place . There’s nothing like going to a place where everything is neat, clean and above all confortable. This is that kind of place. Very nice condo. Kitchen has adequate supplies to cook. The beds are comfortable. The beach is a little less congested than some beaches. Also getting two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. The only negative is the parking is a little limited and tight. Overall great experience. ,
