Located in Villas of Frangista, Washed Ashore is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a huge open living area and high-end touches, including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood-look tile flooring, high ceilings, plus a covered back porch with fenced-in yard! There are three king bedrooms, two sets of twin bunks in the 4th bedroom, two sets of twin bunks in the upstairs hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. As an added bonus, all bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted, flat-screen TVs! When not enjoying the beach, stroll over to the community pool just a couple of blocks away. Experience all the fun, with 4 adult bikes, a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), and other provided beach toys! The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar-white beaches.

To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Washed Ashore is located only half a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
