And even better – it overlooks the Baytowne Golf Course AND includes a golf cart!

The main living area has an open floor plan. White walls brighten the space and tastefully add contrast to the kitchen’s cabinetry and other deep, earthy features in the home. A wall of picturesque windows overlooks the screened porch, which boasts endless golf course views. It’s the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The dining table seats four guests, while the counter bar has space for an additional five people, so there’s more than enough room for entertaining the group. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a coffeemaker. It’s ideal for gathering everyone and discussing the next day’s planned adventures.

There’s space to sleep 8 guests in this Tivoli townhouse. The master is truly elegant with a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bath featuring an oversized walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is equally well appointed with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath including a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two double beds and a flat screen TV, with access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower. This unit also has a laundry area.
