This home is the perfect spot for you to rest and relax in the privacy of the prestigious neighborhood of Gulf Pines while still being close to all of the fun things to do in Destin! Gulf Pines is a gulf-front neighborhood in Miramar Beach close to the shops at Silver Sands Outlet Mall and some of the best dining options in the area. Endless Summer is situated on a large lot with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico that's just a short stroll through the back yard. Whether you're sitting by the pool, spending the day at the beach, or sipping your coffee on the balcony with a view, you're sure to leave Endless Summer with a relaxed mind and soul.

This is the perfect home to visit year after year, establishing family traditions for years to come. Set with views of the white-sand dunes particular to the Gulf Coast, enter the main floor of Endless Summer and make yourself at home. The open-concept kitchen welcomes you into the home, accented with luxury details such as a stainless-steel range, stove and appliances, granite countertops, and trendy backsplash. There's plenty of seating at the bar and at the large dining room table. The cozy living room area flows seamlessly from the kitchen and is equipped with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and views of the wrap-around porch. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in this home. The kids will have a ball as they share a roomy brightly lit twin-over-full bedroom or a spacious twin-over-queen bedroom. There is also a bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed that en suites to the hall bathroom which has a shower and tub combo. Just down the hall is the master bedroom, punctuated by trey ceilings, and balcony access! The master suite features a king-sized bed, and access to the screen porch. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom equipped with dual sinks and a combination shower/tub.

The porch has seating galore, with a hammock, swing, rocking chairs and more. There is an outdoor dining area at the western end of the covered screen porch. From here, you can enjoy spectacular Gulf views, keep an eye on the kids frolicking in the pool, or simply chill out as the wind rustles through the palm trees.

After a day at the beach, your guests will have access to a fully enclosed, private pool deck shower with hot and cold water, and a small changing room. On the pool deck you will also find the Tiki bar with lights, fan, outdoor fridge and TV. There's plenty of seating for your whole group, and a second porch swing is strategically located in the shade where you can comfortably perform lifeguard duty for the little ones.
