Get ready to make the best beach memories while staying at this gorgeous, snowbird-friendly townhouse! You will fall in love with this prime location within walking distance of the soft sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The closest beach access is less than a half-mile west, which is Public Beach Access - Geronimo. Two miles west is the Miramar Beach Regional Access. Located in Miramar Beach, this home is close to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, you will have access to a sparkling community pool during your stay.

This delightful home has two levels that will give guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. The main living space with its beautifully designed open floor plan is located on the first level. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or brew a cup of coffee and sit on the private patio. The sunny living room provides an inviting spot to unwind and watch favorite shows and movies on the cable-enabled TV. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a stackable washer/dryer in the hall.

The property was in a great location, check-in was a breeze. However, the home was not clean. The floors were very dirty, coffee table had brown sticky residue on it, and the dish washer wasn’t emptied from the last stay. The mattresses in the rooms are made of very soft memory foam propped up by metal frames. It would be beneficial for the homeowners to put down proper wood slats because it was like sleeping on a hammock. The master bathroom shower leaked like crazy. The shower door doesn’t stay shut and the seal needs to be replaced. The bathroom would flood every time we showered causing us to use all the towels we had to soak up the water. We would definitely stay in the area again but not necessarily the same property.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The unit was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near the beach. The 2.5 bathrooms were a total game-changer - we loved the extra space! Vacasa was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. We'll definitely be back! 5/5 stars

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent—definitely one of the highlights. We were able to walk to the beach, Winn-Dixie, several restaurants, Chick-fil-A, and even the outlet mall. This is unit 1 and is right next to the highway. Being in such close proximity to everything made the trip very convenient and relaxing.The layout of the unit was also great—comfortable and functional for our needs. However, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the cleanliness could have been better. With a bit more attention to detail in that area, it would’ve been a perfect score.We also had a small issue connecting to the Wi-Fi. It turns out a new router had been installed, so the posted username and password were no longer valid. I was able to figure it out before the service team returned my call, but they did follow up the next day and sent someone out to make sure everything was working properly, which I appreciated.Overall, it was a great stay, and with a little improvement in cleanliness, I’d absolutely consider booking again.

Great for small group, long stays

This property is in an excellent location, right near the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the outlet mall. It’s updated with a wonderful kitchen and modern furniture. The access code didn’t work when we first arrived but I was able to quickly get that resolved with Vacasa customer service. The basic amenities are provided for cooking but we were a bit disappointed still: one skillet, large pot, colander, baking sheet, pizza pan. Based on other rental experiences, I found it surprising that there wasn’t even salt/pepper, or aluminum foil. It is very unfortunate to have to buy these types of items for a short stay. Happy with everything else though, especially as it is pet friendly. Two notes of warning for others: the bunk bed is VERY noisy/creaky with even the slightest movement, and since this unit is the first in the complex, the windows of the main bedroom kind of face the main road and it’s a bit noisy in the morning from traffic. Bed is extremely soft which I loved, but if you prefer any kind of firm mattress, you will hate this bed.

Adequate for what we needed

The property was decent & the kitchen well-equipped. The kitchen & bathrooms were also clean. There were some areas that had dust/sand & the lanai was a bit shabby which the property manager offered to clean. We declined for privacy reasons but appreciated the gesture. It was convenient having the washer/dryer in the house & there was a grill outside the front door that appeared to work but we didn't use it. The staircase was deep & lacked a handrail so we wouldn't recommend it for anyone w/mobility issues. However, the ground floor had a sofa bed & half bath which might suffice although the 2 showers are upstairs. It's a short walk to the beach but there are no beach chairs or other beach gear. We think there's chairs to rent on the beach during the season. There are 2 parking spaces close to a fairly busy road but the noise was OK & it's close to shops. 4-5 people could be comfortable sleeping there as the bunk beds are a queen on the bottom & full size on the top with what appeared to be decent mattresses. There were no instructions for the TV but the property management company was quick to respond & tell us how to set it up. We suggested that they add those to the welcome sleeves on the coffee table. This may just be a winter issue, but there were military exercises conducted during our stay which we were unaware of. One of the incidents was ocean bomb testing which felt like a small earthquake & scared our dog. A warning would have been appreciated.

Perfect for us

The condo looked exactly as advertised. It was very clean and organized with many kitchen essentials. We loved that it was close enough to walk to the beach yet had plenty of businesses nearby as well. We also loved that we could bring our dog.
