Envision your "Coastal Dreams" in our beautiful and newly remodeled golf course villa located in the Seascape Beach Resort! Between our luxurious coastal chic villa and the over-abundance of resort amenities your will surely have a vacation that dreams are made of.

When you stay at "Coastal Dreams" you have access to five (5) different pools! One (1) of the pools is seasonally heated and two (2) of the pools include kiddie splash pools. There are seven (7) tennis courts with one (1) being free to guests and the other six (6) may be booked by the hour for a fee. Our guests have free access to the three (3) pickleball courts, the multi-surface sports court with 2 basketball hoops and the dedicated beach volleyball area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As if this was not enough to keep you busy, Seascape Resort has a large deeded beach, restaurants on site and over 50 charcoal grilling stations for your use. There are even two (2) areas that you can catch and release fish for free without needing a fishing license. You will have so much to do that you might need to extend your stay just a bit longer!

The property was completely remodeled recently to include new kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite counters, stainless steel appliances, all new fixtures throughout, tiled baths, and new flooring. The 2 story vaulted open concept living room ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light and beautiful aesthetics. The brand new living room furniture is cozy and inviting after a long day at the beach. With a mounted flat screen tv and wifi you are sure to relax and enjoy an evening in. Our goal is to go above and beyond for all of our guests so we have ensured that you have a well stocked kitchen with everything you will need if you choose to cook at home. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee maker in hopes to accommodate all of our wonderful guests caffeine needs. Our dining area has seating for 6 and is located directly off from the kitchen and connected to the open concept vaulted living room area. Off from the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer and our condo building has a shared coin operated washer and dryer off from the main level breezeway.

"Coastal Dreams" sleeps 6. The en suite spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with a wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bathroom features a brand new vanity which is separated by a door to the new tiled shower with glass surround and toilet area. This is a perfect design so you can use the mirror and sink area to get ready while another personal is able to take their shower with privacy and peace. Just down the hall from the master suite is the queen guest bedroom. It features a wall mounted flat screen tv, plenty of closet space and access to the guest bathroom that is just a few steps away. The guest bathroom offers a vast walk in shower with beautiful tile work and specialty contemporary sliding glass doors. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa.

We have an oversized covered balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. With it's thick cushioned outdoor couches, it is a perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you over looks the renowned Seascape Golf Course. Seascape is a unique 330-acre beachfront golf resort community located in Miramar Beach situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are sure that you will love our villa and our community and you will continue to travel to the area for years to come!

Moon Crush stay

Upstairs condo - very clean - good layout and great porch. Quiet and private considering it’s on the golf course. Players were more entertaining than noisy. Walking distance to concert but also close to amenities and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped - high living room ceiling and close parking. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for the price, pickleball and music festival-

Location is s great-Rented bikes-able to bike to beach, courts, festival and dinner. The unit is updated- the mattress and pillows are very comfortable-We used the guest bathroom for showers-the master shower is tiny and moldy-the water drips 24/7 in there. Nice beach chairs available and all appliances worked well-including ceiling fans and AC

Great spot close to the beach!

We loved our stay here. A nice apartment with an awesome location. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the deck, or relax after a beach day in the living room. There were a few finishes off about the house (the main bedroom ceiling fan wasn’t fully finished) but it’s a solid spot at the right price!

Overall impression was great! There were a couple of cleanliness issues such as the guest bedroom comforter had been washed but still had a thumbsized smudge of something on it and we couldn’t tell if the pullout bed sheets were clean. We didn’t report it because honestly, it was just faster and easier for us to take care of it. There were also a couple of goldfish crackers under the edges of the couch and coffee table. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Last Minute Stay

We booked the condo at the last minute for a few days. It was clean, nicely equipped and close to amenities. Our only issue was with the late (6:00pm) check-in. It was dark and there weren't any lights on outside making our arrival a little difficult.

This place has terrible property management

This is what we paid for so far 2 out of 4 nights in we have no water from 8am-12pm all tile floors are crack and cutting feet, front door only shuts if you’re standing outside pulling it shut is the only way to get it to lock, Every evening when we arrive home there are sprinklers that surround the building and there is no way to enter the condo without getting sprayed there is not even a walkway into the breezeway just muddy puddles and sprinklers you cannot avoid, There are also no security lights not even a street light in front of the condo that works so it is pitch black when you get out of your vehicle at night I’ve looked around this is the only place that has no lighting for people when they come in, Master shower leaks water everywhere pretty sure more water goes out the shower door than down the drain probably why all the tile is cracked chipped and moving around, All the floors in this condo or unlevel just walking around you will trip because the floor is so uneven.

Wonderful Trip

Property was newly renovated and super nice. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful location. The master bed was VERY comfortable!! Not a terrible drive to get to the beach. Not really close enough to walk if you are carrying chairs and coolers, but parking was easy and close. I would recommend taking beach chairs, the chairs that are with the unit are not typical beach chairs and we ended up buying some. Of course that is personal preference. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a great trip for our family.
