Rénové complÚtement, ce condo est trÚs spécial avec une vue fabuleuse sur la plage de Miramar, de nouveaux meubles, appareils électroménagers, éclairage, carrelage - tout. C'est un favori des invités.

Crystal View est un magnifique condo pour une réunion de famille avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, ayant le plus grand balcon de la région avec une vue panoramique au 3Úme étage sur le golfe.

Le salon et toutes les chambres auront une télévision à écran plat. La table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes et de la place pour des personnes supplémentaires au bar. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

La chambre principale a un lit king et un lit de repos avec un lit gigogne (équivalent de 2 lits jumeaux). Il y a des portes sur le balcon depuis la chambre principale et il y a certainement une vue magnifique sur le golfe. La salle de bain principale est trÚs grande avec douche séparée et baignoire de jardin.

La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit king et une salle de bain attenante.

La 3e chambre a un lit king et la 3e salle de bain est idéalement située juste devant la porte.

La capacité maximale du condo est de 12 personnes lorsque les 2 canapés-lits dans le salon et le lit de repos avec lit gigogne dans la chambre principale sont utilisés.

Miramar Beach est une charmante communauté balnéaire avec des sentiers pédestres, des restaurants communautaires à distance de marche, des activités de plage comme le jet ski, des planches à pagaie, des locations de kayak facilement accessibles. Moins de 2 miles du Silver Sands Outlet Mall aussi.

Le service de plage comprenant un parasol et 2 chaises est inclus avec la location du condo pendant la saison (généralement du 15 mars au 31 octobre).

Yes, property was pet-friendly. Had a green space at the back of the property for dogs to walk and do their business. Waste bin and bags provided at the site. Condo across the street from beach with private access gate. Condo clean, well stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Host very responsive with maintenance request of one of the TV's. Issue resolved within an hour.

Overall Great place to Stay

Fantastic location! Pool was clean, outside was as well. A couple of areas inside the condo were not as clean as expected. The WiFi would go out periodically but overall it was a wonderful place and we had a great week!

Refreshing Vacation!

Very nice property! The view was fabulous with the ocean right across the street. We really enjoyed the deck. We spent many relaxing hours there. The layout of the condo was great and it couldn’t have been more convenient to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

2nd time - still an awesome condo!

We stayed last year and enjoyed it sooo much that we made sure to book it again! We love the size of the condo and the location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe's. Last year we were not able to use the balcony due to renovations, but this year we spent everyday on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. The only downside was the outdoor furniture seems to have a design flaw and each chair had pieces missing from the arm rests or were cracked where the screw holds the arm rest. We absolutely loved our stay!! Thank you!!!

Loved it!

This was our second time renting this exact condo. We absolutely love the location and love the layout of this condo. We spent the majority of our time on the beautiful L-shaped patio. Our two dachshunds came with us, and they also spent all of their time on the patio looking at the ocean and watching the walkers. It is steps from the beach, too! We will definitely be back. It was sooo relaxing.

Perfect location but try a different unit.

This unit needs a deep cleaning and some updating. Excessive dust covered all surfaces and vents and dog hair was on "clean" bedding. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable, so off season rentals with time spent indoors is not advisable. Had issues with broken televisions, missing remote batteries, an unheated pool, a broken elevator, and more. Most concerning, the front door sticks and requires strength to force shut. Fortunately the location and view from Crystal View was absolutely perfect, so we will try a different unit there in the future!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Perfect weather! Perfect location and stunning view! The place was very clean. The beds are comfortable and linens smelled clean. We did not get to see any dolphin this time but we got to enjoy the beach every single day! i highly recommend this condo! We are definitely staying here again!đŸŸđŸ¶â€ïž

Great Vacation

My family and I have been going to Destin for vacation almost every year for the past 34 years. This was our first stay at Crystal View condo's. Now I know how it got it's name. The view from our condo (302) was gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay so much, as we were driving back home, we enquired about booking the same unit next year.

Best condo ever!!

This is a beautiful condo, immaculate in every way. We had a couple of very, very small issues when we checked in(no scissors in kitchen and no parking passes). I emailed the owner, and literally within half and hour she knocked on the door with a new pair of kitchen shears and parking passes. We were concerned about being across the street from the beach, but it was not a problem at all. There was a crosswalk in front of the condo and cars stopped to let you cross. Beach chairs and umbrella were included which amounts to a 250.00-300.00 dollar savings as well. We were very happy with the condo, location and the owners. In fact we are going to try to book the same condo next year at this time for two weeks.

Spectacular view

Spectacular view is an understatement. This is a wonderful property you constantly feel like you’re on the beach with the panoramic views. The unit is well furnished and completely stocked with everything that you need from A-to-Z. The beds are superior. Anything that you need the management is very responsive. And very friendly. Will definitely come back with my family. We’re traveling with a group of seniors and the accessibility of the unit is fantastic!!!

The condo was great with everything we could ask for. The location was right next to the public beach with constant traffic of both cars and golf carts. Too noisy for our liking.

Beautiful view on one of the most amazing beaches I have ever been to.

Let me first start off by saying the property is beautiful, amazing views on the surface. But this property is in need of a serious deep cleaning sand everywhere upon entering the condo don't think the cleaning crew even swept the floors. The fold out couch beds once pulled out for use had cobwebs and bugs dried up and dead all over the covers. Under the furniture dust sand and bugs at least a quarter inch thick. Lots of odds and ends broken like pull rods for curtains handles on closets. Really dusty and dirty air vents. And the kitchen is a must update, for the owner in serious need of new kitchen pots and pans most where in really bad shape mismatched and only probably a total of 4 to use.. Virtually no cooking sheets. The knifes provided were in horrible shape dull as paper mismatched also none of them where of the same kind. No sharpener. Plenty of cups and silverware tho no problems in that department. Bed in the master suite with balcony views needs replaced very uncomfortable. We always cook in when on vacation to save money and it's really hard anymore to get a decent meal eating out anymore wherever you go and pay tourist prices, we Have a family of seven. But the views and condo are amazing other than needing a good deep cleaning I would hire a new company for sure if I was the owner with covid that should have been a top priority but was not. Just needs some updates in the kitchen area to make this 5 stars. We loved our stay in miramar beach fl other than two tropical storms during our stay. Would come back again for sure.
