Welcome to Costa Del Sol with Gulf views galore! This 3-level, beachfront townhome with a private beach features a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, lots of new furniture, comes fully stocked with beach gear, and features 3 patios overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The location offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin!

Take the 2nd floor exterior patio steps to the 1st floor, where you will find a beachfront patio, another living room + kitchenette, guest room 3, and a full bathroom.

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers.
✹ HOA does not permit 10x10 pop up beach tents.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
