After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and love seat. Relax watching your favorite shows or a movie on the 65” TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances.
When culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. There is extra seating at the kitchen island for two. The large dining table is great for your Family-Fun game night!!

You will enjoy sleeping peacefully in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower that features a relaxing water-fall shower head. The second bedroom is appointed with a twin over full bunk bed and a single pull-out couch. There is a flat-screen TV for your guest to enjoy. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ 2 parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Additional passes are available for $15.00.

NO ELEVATOR ACCESS
⭐ Please note: This property does not have an elevator. Stairs are required to access the unit.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary Beach Service is not included. Rentals are available through La Dolce Vita.

POOL
⭐ Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round. There are no lifeguards at the pool and your use of the pool is at your own risk. All pools have video surveillance and pool users acknowledge they may be recorded. Follow all the rules posted in the pool area.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for the property and its residents and visitors.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
