Perfect for a couple or small family, "Bella Vue" sleeps 4 comfortably (ideally 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). With gorgeous harbour views from the living room, master bedroom, and both decks, the central location makes this condo well-suited for a fun week or weekend away! You will have access to 3 resort pools and you can get anywhere on the resort with the included tram passes!

There is a king-sized bed in the large master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and bay. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower and access to one of the 2 marina-facing decks. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

The guest room has2 twin beds with a full bathroom around the corner with a tub/shower combo.

The living room has a large sofa and two comfortable chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bella Vue."

This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a matching glass tile backsplash, and nice stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a stacked washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Bella View" includes gorgeous views of the Baytowne Marina and 2 spacious decks to enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathe, or dine alfresco. Don't forget to watch a sunset or two! You can watch the weekly fireworks (during spring and summer seasons) from either of the 2 decks - it's a front-row seat every time!

"Bella View" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to tram, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!
