Beautiful Owner Managed Condo at the Crescent - Best Complex in Destin

Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Destin! Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom.

The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!

Great location and perfect pool!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Location easy to get to store and other places. Restaurant right next door for an easy dinner one night. Easy access to beach and the pool is 5 stars! So big so never felt crowded. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the master bath tub and toilet. Toilet made running noises and then tub jets were broken on some. It would have been nice to be a little more stocked - with a family staying, we needed more than 2 things of dishwasher detergent - and no one needs to buy a huge pack for a week - my parents were staying in another condo in the Crescent and they were given probably 6 pods. We did dishes daily so borrowed from them. Many families eat in at least once a day so taking that into consideration. Same with laundry - beach days etc. But would totally recommend and stay again! :)

Nice unit, very clean and stocked well in kitchen. Patio furniture could be updated, but overall a nice condo and would book again. Had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Easy communication with owner.

Great condo

Condo is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful, pools are great and beach is steps away. Love this condo and beach location. Grocery store nearby. It is a busy area, but not quite as congested as Destin proper.

Love the Crescent!

We love staying at the Crescent and it’s definitely our favorite by far! The facilities are so clean and well maintained. The convenience of being right on the beach is perfect and having the pool located in between is so nice. It’s a family friendly atmosphere which we love. Chris was awesome to work with, but there were no issues or problems whatsoever. Will absolutely stay here again when we return!!
