It was a nice place to stay last minute Convenient to most places. We never received any instructions about the place when checked in. No WiFi and no instructions on what to do when we checked out and what to do with the garbage.

Great location needs updating

Great location, loved the area, had a few issues with the unit, contacted Property administrators and issues were taken care of promptly. The property needs updating, painting, need to replace mattress in the downstairs bedroom.

Excellent location to everything and especially the Gulf of Mexico! The property was clean and the listing matched exactly what we found upon our arrival. The Property Manager responded immediately when our door code did not work and we had no other issues during our week stay.

Perfect Spot

Our family of 5 (myself, my husband, 3 year old, and 60 year old in laws) loved this location. Place was clean upon our arrival and the instructions sent via email made our arrival and leave a breeze. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Perfect condo!

The condo was perfect for our group. The rooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all basic needs. The only issue is that the sliding glass door out back is extremely hard to pull open and close.

Less than expected

We have stayed at several other properties at Sandestin, and this was towards the bottom of the quality list. Furnishings were somewhat old and tired, the sliding glass door to the patio sometimes refused to lock, and a couple of lampshades were cracked and broken. The table and chairs on the patio did not include an umbrella, so there was no shade in the morning. There were no screens on the patio doors, so forget leaving the doors open and enjoying the breeze. The unit did include a small enclosed courtyard (maybe 8' x 8') but it was not landscaped and definitely not conducive to sitting there. There was no outside trash can so disposing of any trash meant hauling it to a dumpster in the shopping center nearby. The dryer broke before we left so we ended up checking out with wet clothes in a plastic bag. The sheets on the bed were the thinnest I'd ever seen, and, although there were plenty of pillows, the blanket and comforter left something to be desired. All in all, the unit was adequate, but not something I would choose for a repeat visit.

Enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk Villas. Property was clean. Liked the tile floor in kitchen and living areas. Carpet needs to be replaced in bedrooms. Location was convenient. Our only concern was that the sliding glass door in living room did not lock.

Nice area

Property was clean and well maintained. My grandson enjoyed the lake. He caught a huge bass (we did catch and release). That was a highlight of the trip. Beach was a bit crowded but that is to be expected this time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this location! Updated living area decor, easy access to the beach, biking/ walking trails and shopping/ restaurants. Cozy for our 8 people but everyone had a bed and the 2 bathrooms worked out well. Nice cold AC was a welcome plus in July!
