Please Note: Beachside II is undergoing exterior construction on the eastern section of the building through April 2026. Balcony access will remain open, and we anticipate minimal noise or disruption to your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and all the cookware, utensils, and serving essentials you need. A built-in wine cooler adds a touch of luxury, while the dining area and open living space make it easy to enjoy meals together or relax while taking in the breathtaking views. The living room also includes a new, comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV.

The room stayed hot. Definitely needs a new air unit. There is not a pool and the 2 pools listed that could be used were 1 mile away which was not stated in the description. This is a very expensive condo(the most expensive one we have stayed at) and it was the worse one we have stayed at for the past 10 years. The beach area is very crowded due to it being by a public beach entrance. The golf cart was nice and easy to get around to the shopping and food. We will definitely stick to PCB for now on.

Overall, we had a great stay. We've stayed at Sandestin before but this was the first time staying on the beachside.The condo unit was great. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was perfect and I loved having two separate balconies. The golf cart was great, I will never stay at Sandestin if my unit doesn't have a golfcart. If anyone is on the fence, get a unit with a golfcart. Its the only way to go. Also, i loved having the Beachouse restaurant right next door and a coffee truck located next door in the mornings. My only issues are with Sandestin itself. On the Sandestin website it is a little misleading about free amenities. Maybe i just didn't look at it closely enough but im sure its just misleading. Things are only free if you book through Sandestin, not a third party. So the bicycle rentals are not free, i think its around 60 for 2 or something. And even when booking through Sandestin "free" is 1 free rental per unit. I feel like Sandestin is intentionally being misleading but again that was just the resort itself that i have a problem with. And the other negative was that the beach was overcrowded. Again, I feel this is a problem with the resort because they put way too many chairs out and barely leave room for many people to bring their own chairs. I know this is intentional but it's still frustrating . We would go to the beach after 5 when people started to clear out which i actually started to prefer because it wasn't as hot at that either.

Great time at Beachside II

Property was as advertised. Enjoyed the ease of going to the beach. The interior of the condo was nice, bed was comfortable, and the golf cart was so nice to have for quick trips to Baytowne Wharf, shopping/restaurant area, and the Aquatic center. Thank you!!

Good stay, I’d stay again. Few minor personal gripes.

Not a fan of the black toilets and Tub - can’t see the water quality or if anything is in the toilet lol. Black toilet has low flow/pressure. Black tub drains slow and is difficult to get into since it’s a high step over the big jetted tub. Not my favorite thing to step into but I can make it and if it gets to be an issue or if someone is struggling they could use the other shower. At the end of a long day at the beach the last thing I want to do is have to high step into a shower. Good hot shower Not much counter space in main bathroom, would like to see more hooks or something for shower caps, towels, etc. Well equipped for a family stay Really nice touch light in the bunk room that was perfect for the kids since they normally sleep with a nightlight and I forgot to pack it. 2 TWO garbage bags were provided in the kitchen. For a family. For a 4 night visit. Awful. Pleasantly Surprised that the balcony and pool were open since we were forewarned about construction. Wish the main balcony had furniture for sitting and eating. Dryer does not dry properly. The smallest loads had to run for multiple cycles just to end up still damp The second bedroom has some awful smell in it. It’s like something in there is damp or moldy. That needs to be checked out ASAP and I’m wondering if it’s what has caused my son to get sick.
