Blue Surf 25 has an exceptional view and layout and is just steps to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. This gorgeous townhome has been tastefully decorated with upgrades, which include a upgraded kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern fixture & hardware finishes. This Blue Surf Unit has been decorated with a beach flare that has proven popular for our guests. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, dining, laundry, bathroom and primary bedroom, with access outside private patio. The 2nd floor has a very nice size living room which features a bar with mini-fridge and another balcony with view of the water and beach. Also the 2nd bedroom which features a king bed and twin bed with twin trundle. Additional features include updated bathrooms with custom tile shower/tub combos. Washer/Dryer. Beach Service which is 1 Umbrella and 2 Beach Chairs are included with the rental. No Pets Allowed. Must be 21 or older to rent.

Blue Surf Townhomes has an incredible location on Scenic 98 just across the street from Pompano Joe's and the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. The complex includes a seasonally heated pool. Also available are charcoal BBQ grills for summer cook-outs, a renovated shuffle board court, and reserved parking right outside the door to each home.

Blue Surf is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and popular attractions. Nearby are boating and fishing charters, parasailing, jet-ski and paddle board rentals, a water park, and an array of kids activities including an arcade and a bumper boat-mini car park. A variety of golf courses and tennis facilities are also located in the area.

High Speed (500 Mbps) WiFi perfect for streaming and online work. And “one of the few Blue Surf units with full Cable on all three TVs (over 140 channels and On Demand)”

Clean kid friendly condo

We had a great stay in Blue Surf 25. Everything was nice and clean. Our kids loved the trundle beds. Might be the only thing our toddler has talked about since we left. It was so nice having beach service. Less to lug around when you already have kids and guaranteed nice spot on the beach. The grassy area was entirely fenced so the kids could play and there was no worry of them going in the street. Pool was nice and clean. Wide stairs so kids could play on them without blocking other people from getting in. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Cute condo that is a quick walk to the beach. Parking is by the door to the kitchen so it is easy to unload luggage, groceries etc. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Previously we stayed in other units of the same complex, this stay was as enjoyable. everything was smooth and as listed in the advertisement. Overall, we were very happy! (the second floor bed headboard and bottom trundle bed could get some more love :) )

Miramar Beach Perfect Getaway

This property is conveniently located just steps to the beach. It was very quiet, clean, and check-in/checkout process was very simple. Umbrella and chairs are a nice perk. This has been one of our favorite locations! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home Away from Home

Everything is always clean and we love the beach decor. The townhouse is steps away from the beach which is a huge plus. We’ve been staying in this townhouse since 2019 and I don’t think we will rent anywhere else.

Great Place to Stay!

Our condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. The location is very convenient. Walk out your door, across scenic 98 and you are on the beach (no elevator or parking garage to deal with). Beautiful ocean views from living room and balcony. The only negative is no shade on the balcony until noon. This one is a keeper!

Great Place to Stay!

I would absolutely recommend staying here! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the public beach. We were excited to have the complimentary chairs, but a rude family set up their belonging directly in front of us, which blocked our access to the ocean. I recommend getting to the beach early to set out your things so that no one blocks your view. We did have some maintenance issues; however, it’s not worth complaining over because the property manager was so awesome that she immediately responded and rectified the issue/s.

Had a great time! Property was just as advertised. Decorated beautifully. Loved the two king beds and close walk to the beach and restaurant. View from the balcony was nice. Sidewalks were nice to have for walking and biking, and the grassy area for kids to play and throw ball :)

Short weekend getaway

We loved all the things about this property! They thought of everything we may need or forget and it was supplied. It was super clean, lots of extra blanket! Check in and out was great except for the door code never worked. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. I would love to stay at this property again!
