Family vaca

This is the 7th spring in the row that my daughter (and now granddaughter) have visited Destin. We have stayed at a different property until this year but that price sky rocketed. This was reasonably priced for the week. Direct view of the beach. It was very clean and we enjoyed the week very much. The pool was very nice to have also with a small toddler. Walking my two doodles was easy too! The air did go out mid week and we had a hard time contacting anyone. Fortunately it was mild weather and it did not bother us. We will definitely be coming back next year! Love the fact they are so dog friendly. My dogs always travel with me. They are my family too!

Location! Location! Location!

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is literally across the street from the ocean and walking distance to some fun restaurants. We were willing to compromise on a few things because of where it is located but were pleasantly surprised with it all. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and everyone slept well on the mattresses. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect Weekend Escape

We loved the condo including the location, the beach access, the view, the umbrella and chairs included, the pool, and if that wasn't enough, being pet friendly so we could include our four legged family member too! We loved it so much we already booked our second visit.

Lovely Condo.

Perfect for small family with kids. I mistakenly thought I was renting a 2 bedroom, so I had to sleep on the bottom bunk bed and those mattresses are made for small lightweight children. The Condo was beautiful but the cleaning crew hit and miss. The floors were not clean. I swept up a lot of dirt. The back door glass was extremely dirty. The screen door was ripped and not securely installed. The location was perfect! Beautiful views!

Overall ok but...

The property overall was good. However, two things made me put 4 stars. One when we got there the sliding glass door was left open. That didn't sit to well because if I wouldn't have checked someone could have come in easily and we wouldn't have known until it was to late. The other issue was the decorative pillows. Some were filled with down which I am allergic to and aggravated my asthma. Our stay really was good but I feel those things should be noted.

Beautiful condo and great location

We have stayed at beach retreat several times but this was the first time in this unit. We loved the ground floor which was perfect for our pup.! Great beach access with beach service. It's walking distance to some great restaurants! The bunks are great for kids!

This is our 5th stay at Beach Retreat, it never fails us.

We have always stayed in the Cottages at Beach Retreat, none were available for our dates. Tried the Condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. The views are fantastic. Proximity to beach is great. Would totally stay here again and again!

*Absolutely Ideal*

In all of my years, I have never been SO thrilled with a beach rental. Upon arrival, I was delighted with the excellent parking area. Every square inch of the condo was spotless and well maintained. I honestly do not think the VRBO description does it justice. You can simply sit on the couch and enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful view, or open your door and walk 30 yards and be standing on the spotless beach. My communication with Renee was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was able to bring my dog along, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend and will be back.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We loved our stay at the Beach Retreat in Destin, FL. The beach is only steps away and absolutely gorgeous! The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for a week long stay, clean, and cozy! The pool area was a perfect setting as well! We would definitely recommend this retreat and hope to visit again someday.

Our family of 4 had the best vacation ever! What made it truly amazing was the condo itself, location and view! The space was recently renovated and had great amenities. The view and access to the beach was the best! We will be back again!

Perfect Beach Retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, the house had everything we needed. There are some Restaurants close by. The view was amazing. Communication with host was great. They were there when we reached out and needed them and otherwise on our own, which we liked very much. We’d rent this place again for sure.

Wonderful condo and location

Great location. Even though there is a busy street between the unit and the beach, it was still quiet inside the condo. Such an easy walk to the beach with daily chair and umbrella setup. Great pool as well!
