Completely renovated and updated throughout...brand new kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms...must see to appreciate!

This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach!

We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.

Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate.

If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!

BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.

There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.

Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).

Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).

This location was key for us!! Loved the privacy of the beach! Not crowded at all when we went late October. It was nice to be able to let our 1yr old run in the sand around our beach chairs without generally disturbing neighbors. Spiral staircase is tricky but we just went slow! Thank you for the pack n play! We did have trouble getting the baby gates to fit the staircases but was able to block her off enough with the gate and a chair for safety.

This is the second time rentung this townhouse. We absolutely love it here. Being able to just walk out onto the beach is wonderful! All the beach toys, chairs, paddle boards and umbrellas are provided which helps out so much. Packing all that takes up so much room. The owner Eric is so helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this townhouse. We definitely will be back!

Loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are very firm. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were greatly appreciated. The host answered our questions promptly. The only negative my husband saw was that you could not lock the door at the beach access while on the beach because of not having a key. We had a great time.

We enjoyed the beach front location! It was a beautiful spot!The trash cans outside had not been emptied for at least a week when we arrived. We pushed the cans out to the street twice and watched as the early morning trash trucks went right by without emptying the cans for this condo. They got all the others but not this condo! The deck is pulling away from the building and they needed a power wash! The toilet in the upstairs front bedroom bathroom is very unstable! It rocks quite a bit. Parking spaces are very small! That should be listed in description of the property. The very scary steps down to the beach smelled terribly of mold and mildew. There is not one single comfortable place to sit in the entire condo. It may be time to replace the living area furniture. One of the couch pillows was in tatters. It sounds like I’m complaining a lot. I just figure they don’t know what to fix is no one tells them where there are issues. Eric was very nice to work with on this rental. I wish him great success with this wonderful location.

This property has all the little details that others miss. The indoor and outdoor amenities are beyond the ordinarily provided things. The private beach is amazing! Public beach space is not that far from this property. On the weekends you especially appreciate the privacy as you look down the beach to view a sunset and see just how packed the public beach is. So many wonderful things about this place.

This was an amazing townhouse on the beach. We've been coming to the area for 11 years and this was the best yet. The private beach was everything! We came with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. We had so much room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There are also several places within walking distance. Will stay here again!

You will not be disappointed!!!

Stay here! Thats the summary of my review. The owners were great with communication. The property is on the beach so you are inevitably tracking sand in but you wouldn’t know that when we checked in. It was spotless (I don’t even know how they do that). The parking is fine if you have one vehicle. It’s probably tight with more than one but its beachfront property. There were lots of options for eating in as far as glass wear and dish wear. There are so many options for beach stuff like umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. TVs everywhere. We wish we’d packed a lot lighter with the convenience of two sets of washers and dryers for quick loads of laundry. Beds were all comfortable. The outside stairs were a little treacherous but you just have to be careful. The umbrellas and chair service on the beach every day was such a nice touch. There are 3 different balconies to enjoy and yes, we did see dolphins several times in the morning. This is a great house, in a very convenient location, on a spectacular beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Yearly family trip

We love staying on the beach so it’s easier for the grandkids to go back and forth and not have to cross the street or load everything up to drive back to a rental. This place was stellar and would recommend 10/10! The spiral staircase going to bottom floor on the beach side was tricky but we managed it and had no issues, even after a few drinks lol.

Family Get Away

Everything we wanted for a family get away. Right on the beach, great living space for all of us and close to eating and events. Such a great place to relax, use the beach and all of the accessories the owner has on location for the water and sand.

We absolutely loved our stay here. He has everything you need for your beach days already at the townhouse, it was very clean. The parking was very tight for all the big vehicles we had but we made it work. There’s an ice cream shop right across the street which the kids loved. We will be staying here again for sure!

Family Spring Break

I would give this five stars, except the property is somewhat dated. It was very clean. The location could not be beat. Would prefer that the steps lead directly to the beach rather than kind of the closed off dark and scary set up that is currently in place. Other than being dated, and the steps issue, I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely needs a refresh.

Location was amazing / right on the beach!

Our whole family came during the week of July 4th. There was a big group of us from grandparents, parents, adult kids, 16 and 8 year old. It was awesome being right on the beach! The manager was so quick to respond with all my inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to have a set of chairs and an umbrella provided for our condo. The hardest part was having to park within the narrow parking spaces. You really don’t want to leave once you have parked. We managed park 2 SUVs, big truck &. 6 seater golf cart. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience. It was fun being there for July 4th and sitting up on the balcony and watching the fireworks!
