Maison rĂ©cente dans une communautĂ© de plage fermĂ©e, piscine privĂ©e (pouvant ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e moyennant un supplĂ©ment, normalement nĂ©cessaire de mars Ă  avril), grande terrasse en pavĂ©s de briques. ModĂšle avec 2 lits king size + 4 lits simples avec lits superposĂ©s XL sur couchette + lit gigogne pouvant accueillir 4 enfants (ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants).
Pourquoi rester dans un condo à l'étroit et partager une piscine avec des inconnus quand vous pouvez avoir l'intimité et le confort de votre propre maison et la piscine. TrÚs pratique quand les bébés font la sieste! Les 4 chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs, de DVD et de miroirs intégraux. King chambres et salon ont des ventilateurs de plafond. Garage attenant pour décharger les bagages et l'épicerie, au lieu de monter les escaliers ou les ascenseurs équitation. Barbecue à gaz sur la terrasse de la piscine pour faire des grillades à la maison si vous ne voulez pas sortir dßner.

Nouveaux meubles, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e en granit et en acier inoxydable, buanderie sĂ©parĂ©e avec P / D pleine taille, entrĂ©e sans clĂ©, garage double avec clavier pour que tout le monde puisse aller et venir sans clĂ©s. Pour la sĂ©curitĂ© des enfants, la maison a une alarme de piscine sur la porte arriĂšre + un pĂȘne dormant supplĂ©mentaire en haut.

House est à environ 500 mùtres de la plage. Service de plage gratuit fourni. Vous pouvez vous rendre à la plage à pied ou en voiture sur une distance de 3 km à l’est du parking gratuit prùs de Pompano Joe et des toilettes sur la plage. Prùs de tout dans Destin: Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, restaurants et marina.

It was everything and more. It was a very well stocked kitchen, did not want for anything. There were more than enough towels for everyone. We loved how the primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the other bedrooms. Although we did not need to use them it had every baby equipment you could need. The wagon was well used to go to the gulf. The kids loved the pool and were in it each day. The hosts were very reachable through both texts and emails. We will definitely be back in the future.

4th year in a row renting this property. House is fantastic with 4 bedrooms - 3 of which have kingsize beds!! Walked to beach, but mainly just basked the day away in the private pool. Fast internet. Very cozy, feels like home.

The owners provided complete information & were easy to contact. The location was quiet and well-situated for exploring the panhandle. The property is gorgeous! It was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagons. Our grandchildren wanted to stay in the beautiful pool all day! The landscaping provided wonderful shade in the pool area for the hot days. We wish it would have been a shorter walk to the beach, but having the complimentary beach service made up for the six minute walk. Our group included four adults and three children.

The rental property was excellent and the owners are fantastic to work with. The property was one story which was great since one family member was in a wheel chair. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The pool was a great size for our family of 10, plenty of lounge chairs and table/chairs for all. The beach and two restraunts we ate at were witin walking distance. The complimentary beach chairs/umbrella were a plus as well as the extra beach chairs/toys, etc. available by owner for use. There is also a Dollar General within walking distance (5 minutes) which was nice. We would definiately rent again.

Gem of a property, wonderful owners

My family of 3 spent a week with our friends (also a family of 3) in Miramar Beach and couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was lovely, incredibly clean, and just what we had hoped for. Sherry and Mike were excellent hosts, communicative, and it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy our time in their home. Many thoughtful extras were included that made our stay even more enjoyable (beach toys, wagons, coolers, full kitchen accessories, etc,). We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Relax and Enjoy!

We had such a relaxing week at this home. It is well-maintained and stocked with about everything you could need. It was far more room than we needed, but close to where we needed to be. The pool was very nice, offering a bit of shade in certain areas and full sun in others. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!

Spring Break Family Trip

This was our first trip to Destin. We were lucky to book this amazing house last minute. The ease and communication with the owners was amazing from beginning to end! They provided so much helpful information about the property and area. It felt like a home away from home. The description of the property and location to the beach, were exactly as detailed. The backyard and pool were the highlight for us. We will definitely visit again!

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Family vacation!

After we decided to take a family vacation, we found a house. This house was a big hit! Everyone felt right at home! Loved the pool area, right outside of living room! Close access to beach. Unforgettable time

We arrived late saturday afternoon to a wonderful home in an amazing neighborhood close to the beach. Once we got settled in we were able to enjoy everything from the pool to the grill and the home. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The home was clean and had plenty to do and plenty of linens and towels. Throughout the week we used the kitchen which had everything you could ever need on a beach vacation and the laundry appliances worked wonderful. We were all very thankful to not have to do laundry upon returning home. The host was amazing at being responsive and also answered any questions we had. The back patio was everyone's favorite part of the house. From the pool and the wonderful landscaping to the seating availability to the umbrellas and the grill. Nothing was better after a long day out enjoying the many activities destin offers than letting the kids swim while we enjoyed the wonderful destin weather, the grill snd rach others company. Our whole group was so impressed with the house and 10/10 would definitely love to stay here again for our next destin vacation.

Perfect getaway!

Had my wife, 2 kids (1 & 6), sister in law, and was pleasantly surprised my mother in law and granparent in laws show up! This could be their last vacation as they are getting older it couldn’t have been any better! The pool was perfect to escape the beach and for morning swims with the kiddos. House was much larger than the pictures show and so convenient for older and younger guests!

A Stay in Paradise

Mike and Sherry have an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. The pool in the backyard is spectacular and great for those days that you just want to hangout and lounge. The walk to the private beach with beach service is less than five minutes. They are simply the best hosts, always checking in to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. Beautiful

Beautiful house, love how it's set up. All the cookware you can imagine. The pool area is set up beautifully with palms, flowers at night lights hitthe palms and light it up it's very beautiful, lounge chairs table with umbrella and 2 extra umbrellas and can be set up anywhere around the pool area. Only thing i think i would add is an outside lamp or something near the grill area and picnic table for evening grilling and eating. Some sort of light that can be turned on and off so it doesn't take away from the beauty of how the owners have it set up for nighttime.

Great property!

We had another great stay in the house! This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here and really enjoyed all the amenities. The backyard and pool are awesome and it's just a short walk to the beach! The owners are great and communicate well! Highly recommend!

This is the place!

Stop looking, this is the place you need. This house was the most equipped house I have ever stayed in. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, for my baby, for my kids, for the pool and the beach. The space was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach is a short walk, we didn't feel like we needed to rent a golf cart. It's even walking distance to a few good restaurants. The owners responded to all my questions quickly, and they made sure that we were comfortable. They really set the bar high for me, and we wish to stay here again when we visit Destin.
