Alerio is part of a gated community located on popular Scenic Highway 98. It is close to incredible shopping centers, restaurants, and popular activities and attractions. During your stay at Alerio, you will have access to exciting amenities. This includes a community pool, a splash pad, a hot tub, and barbecue grills next to an outdoor picnic area.



This 2 bedroom condo, built in 2016, is located right on Scenic Gulf Hwy (Old Hwy 98), directly across the street from the beach. The gated complex has a beautiful heated pool and spa, and a great BBQ area right in front of our building! The unit is modern with high 10ft ceilings and open floor plans that feel incredibly luxurious.



The Alero Complex is in a perfect location that is very close to Destin and Sandestin with lots of shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities within a short walking or driving distance. Alero is just a mile away from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in the nation. Destin Commons shopping center is just under 5 miles away to the west, and 2 miles to the east is Grand Boulevard shopping center. Only a couple miles down the road is the Sandestin Resort with golf, and lots of entertainment and restaurant options! For a little fun on the fairway, head over to the Golf Garden of Destin, just three-and-a-half miles away, with a nine-hole golf course, driving range, and 18-hole putting course that the whole family can enjoy!



Onsite, you can enjoy the shared heated (during the winter) pool and soothing hot tub (with handy pool lift), or take a short 3-minute walk across the street and head to the beach for a day of swimming and sunbathing. If you feel like grilling during your stay, take advantage of our community charcoal grills, some of which are right in front of our building.



Kick back and relax on the comfortable living room sofa with cooling ceiling fan and private balcony access. There is an intimate dining table with two chairs, as well as four counter stools at the open breakfast bar. The adjacent, full kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware and also features polished granite countertops and an array of modern, stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher.



The master suite has a king-size bed and full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed with an additional twin trundle as well as an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo.

WiFi is provided to connect you online with ease. A private washer/dryer is also included, so feel free to pack lightly and leave those bulky suitcases at home. Our trash chute it located on the same floor directly outside our unit by the stairs.



This 3rd-floor rental unit is all on one level and can be accessed via stairs or elevator, ideal for guests with limited mobility and who want to avoid stairs. This is a non-smoking condo and no pets are allowed.
