While you are relaxing by the pool, feel free to dine al fresco in the poolside, outdoor kitchen and dining area that features two televisions. Want to relax inside? Take a break in the surround sound movie theatre room with wet bar and sectional seating or venture on up to the fourth-floor bonus room that boasts three flat screen televisions and north and south facing rooftop decks with beautiful gulf and town views. Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Available From Property March 1st - October 31st! This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM at Whale's Tail! (Starting the day after arrival)

Additional Beach Chairs: 2 canvas beach chairs and 1 umbrellas are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Access: Just steps from the Whale's Tail Beach Access, where the Beach Bar await with refreshing drinks.



Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use. 



Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $125/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. The spa is an "overflow spa", and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool.  



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Weddings and events require Walton County permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $750.00 event fee.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

The Neighborhood:

Absolutely Perfect is located on the north side of Scenic Gulf Highway, just steps from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches.



Getting Around:

A golf cart (must be 21+ to drive) is included with the rental to navigate Scenic Gulf Drive to visit the various shops, restaurants, and beach accesses. The two closest airports are Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), located in Fort Walton Beach, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) located in Panama City. The closest bus stop is at the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, 1.5 miles away.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless entry via the use of coded key pads and the issuance of individualized key codes tailored to your stay dates. We are available 24/7. Our in-office hours are 9 am-5 pm central standard time, seven days a week with a dedicated after hours line outside of those hours.
