This spacious condo with a brand new 6 seat Golf Cart is located on the 13th hole of the Baytowne Golf Course in the coveted community of Pine Ridge Villas on the south side of The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. This top floor resort home, with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural sunlight, is close to the Pine Ridge Villas pool and features an east-facing balcony which provides views of the golf course and lake, as well as beautiful views of the morning sunrise and the rising moon in the evenings over the pine to mention afternoon shade which is a great place to retreat after a day in the sun.

The condo has an amazing open concept floor plan with a large chef's kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, wet bar, and living area which opens to the oversize balcony. The master suite is private on one side of the condo with a large king bed, access to the balcony, walk in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with oversized soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanity. The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the condo; one with a queen bed and balcony access and the other with two full size beds. Both guest bedrooms have their own hallway accessible full bathroom. The garage is where you will find the owner provided beach items to take back and forth to the beach, and the brand new 6 seat Golf Cart to cruise the Resort.
