Truly a modern home, Starboard Side boasts a calming palette of soft grey, blue and white throughout, accented by unique furnishings. It’s sheer ‘openness’ has got gathering time covered, too.

The first floor offers a great space to entertain with plenty of comfy seating in the living area, a custom dining table with seating for fourteen plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a 6 burner gas range, and two wall ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, all the ingredients you need for some great family memories. Moreover each second floor bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the unique bunk bedrooms sleep up to eight, offering queen over queen size beds.

Another facet of this gleaming beauty is the private pool, large deck area with plenty of seating, a fun Tiki Bar, and outdoor shower which ensures some of the best outdoor family time. This home also offers a gated spiral staircase which makes for easy access to and from the second floor balcony and the pool area.

The location of Starboard Side in Miramar Beach guarantees unimpeded and dedicated beach access with less crowds. On one end of the road you’ve got the best beaches in the world and at the other you are within a mile of Golf courses, shopping malls and an abundance of restaurants.
All of this is sure to make Starboard Side one of your favorite vacation homes.

This house sleeps a maximum of 20 guests.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property has parking for 6 vehicles.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for an additional daily fee upon request to our office.
