Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the community at any given time for visitors.
Do not park in reserved spacesâvehicles in reserved spots will be towed at the ownerâs expense.

đ· NO UNREGISTERED GUESTSă All guests must be registered for liability purposes.

â€A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
đŠ SECURITY CAMERA ă Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units, and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking, and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity outside of the unit only.
đ CHECK-OUT TIMES ă Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.

đïž GARBAGE ă Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the parking garage and amenity spaces are for loose trash only. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items: Trash can be disposed of in the trash rooms on the southeast corner of the building. Be sure to break down all boxes and seal all bags.
