The Space:
The Cooper House is a fully furnished single-family residence with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests in comfort. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with new mattresses, quality bedding, ample outlets for device charging, and storage options like closets and drawers. Bedroom 1, situated on the main level, offers a luxurious king-size bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3, located upstairs, feature a cozy queen-size bed and a comfortable full-size bed. Although Bedrooms 2 and 3 are separated by a door, please note that to access Bedroom 3, you'll pass through Bedroom 2. However, two out of the three bedrooms have their own individual doors, ensuring privacy and a peaceful night's sleep. For your convenience, blackout curtains or shades are provided for added comfort.

The well-appointed kitchen is at your disposal for preparing your favorite home-cooked meals. Alternatively, make use of the dining room, which accommodates 6 guests and is perfect for ordering from the array of local dining options. The refrigerator provides ice and filtered water, and we supply coffee, tea, and essential kitchen basics.

The living room features a generous 65-inch Smart TV, facing a comfortable couch, ideal for cozy movie nights. Feel free to log in to your preferred streaming services on the Smart TV!

During the winter months, detached garage parking is available. Otherwise, access to the garage is not provided.

We have a few features that require extra vigilance, such as stairs and low windows upstairs, as well as a patio 24" off the ground without safety rails. Keeping a watchful eye on your little ones is crucial.
