Initial Supplies: We provide an initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper and soap). Guests are responsible for purchasing their own for the remainder of their stay.
Smart TV: A Smart TV is provided, but you will need to use your own login credentials for streaming services. Please remember to log out before you check out.
Security: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are present on the property exterior. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

A Background Check and Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. â

Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.
Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
