➀ Parking: This unit does not include designated parking. However, free street parking is available in front of the building. Please note that spots can fill up later in the day. For added convenience, SP+ parking garages are located within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles).



➀ Unit Photos: Photos may vary slightly from the actual apartment, but the layout, furnishings, and overall style remain consistent to ensure a comfortable and high-quality stay.



➀ Supplies: Guests are responsible for replenishing personal and consumable items after the initial complimentary supply.



➀ Security: Outdoor security cameras are installed for safety; there are no cameras inside the unit.



➀ Smart TV: A Smart TV is provided, but streaming services are not pre-logged in. Guests may use their own accounts and are asked to log out before check-out.



➀ Pet Policy: Pets are welcome for an additional fee.



★ Guest Verification

A background check and valid government-issued photo ID are required for check-in. If the background check is not completed or fails, the building reserves the right to deny access, and we cannot offer a refund in such cases. Please complete all documentation promptly.



➀ An $8 background check fee may apply to any additional guests not listed in the original reservation.

➀ All guests must complete the background check & submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification criteria.

A few important notes:

Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!

Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.

Your privacy is respected — no personal information is stored on our end.

Notice: The rooftop deck will be temporarily closed for the season starting November 3rd as the building prepares for winter. It’s expected to reopen in the spring, once the weather warms up.
