This was a perfect location and venue for us as we prepared for our son's wedding events at Utepils Brewing and Theodore Wirth Chalet. The VRBO is well-appointed with modern fixtures and we appreciated being able to charge our 2 EVs in the garage. We'd stay here again!

Memorial for my dad

House has nice space, well equipped kitchen & privacy for each bedroom. It was raining so we couldn’t use the cute patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and welll appointed property in a great south Minneapolis locationThe only hiccup was a late check-in, which the owner was well aware of, about 1 AM. Unfortunately to property access was secured by and electronic door lock, which refused entry due to a dead battery. This can happen (I have a similar lock at home); but for whatever reason the owner had given me an emergency contact number the was turned on message only. We had to find a hotel with 2 rooms to accommodate our 5 person family. The owner did reimburse me for the hotel rooms, and offered a 50 over out of pocket costs for the inconvenience. The low ratings on check in are solely for turning off the contact phone when he knew there was a late checking that night.

This house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Close to many things we wanted to do in Minneapolis. We liked that there was plenty of parking on the street and we could also park in the double garage. House was clean.

Worth staying the week

We are a group of adult athletes and have stayed with each other's for years throughout the nation and by far.... This was The BEST house. First time ever staying at a house where every necessity and luxury was there. From laundry detergent supplies, to scissors (yep, been in places where there weren't any scissors), to even newly wrapped toothbrushes with single use toothpaste, and descriptions of how to use lights and features around the house. When we used the last dishwasher tab, simply contacted George and the next day there was a newly bought box of dishwasher tabs delivered. The mattresses were WONDERFULLY comfortable, linens were crisp and clean, even under the beds were clean, and we loved reading about the founding of the place. It housed very comfortably 4 full adults with our own rooms and able to share space in the fridge and make meals. Could comfortably afford room with 6 adults. We will definitely stay here again if the event is held at the St. Louis Park ice arena again (literally 5 mins car, 20 mins walk away).Bravo! Hands down, the best we have ever stayed at since doing so back in 2017!

Nice Modern Browndale Home

Stayed 4 days for a family event. The home was fully equipped, modern, clean and the pictures were a perfect reflection of what was provided. Easy in and out to freeways and close to other amenities we needed. Owner is super nice.
